- Look familiar? Well, if you're subscribed like you should be then you will recognize the Lavaca floorplan from a few weeks prior that we showcased on our channel. We have brought it back today but with a few minor changes that we think you all will love. You guys loved the last one that we showcased but there we're a few requests that you wanted, just to make the home even better. The Lavaca is an incredible two bedroom floorplan that could suit the needs of many with the flexibility of the extra bedroom. Continuing the cabin look full circle we chose a very rustic tile for the shower, that runs from floor to ceiling, going by the name of Smoke House tile. If you watched the original Lavaca video tour then be sure to let us know how you liked the changes that were made and how we can continue bringing homes to the channel that fit what you're looking for.
The Lavaca is on sale today for $127,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.
Please note that prices are current as of the publish date of the video but are subject to change at any time without notice as building and material costs continue to rise at unprecedented rates. Call 972-771-2176 or visit rrcrockwall.com/ for current pricing.

#MrTiny - Jak na to + styl
I'm so glad to have found a company that understands someone might love tiny houses but needs something bigger but still designed like one. I will be paying you all a visit after I close on my property.
My Husband and I just Acquired a new House here in Notting Hill, Despite all the ups and down in House Crisis in U.K
Wow! Congratulations
I also live here in Glasgow U.K, i know its hard to pull it off, just wondering how you guys pulled it off

£27,500 every week got us through. All thanks to Mrs Anne Mayfield Jones Brokerage services
Her strategy has been helping alot of traders/ newbies out there, with her program I was able to recover my losses from the crash so swiftly.
That's the Perfect size. I'd only add a Back porch to go have Coffee in Mornin or late night drink. Nice for me and my Diggity Dog
Have you thought of using tankless waterheaters in these homes! It would save a lot of space!
The only thing id change is the kitchen island. Id want it all to be one even level. Otherwise, i really like this floor plan. Happy Sunday everyone!!!!
Yes Mr. Tiny another thumbs-up for you. Thank you for the L shaped kitchen with the island that is absolutely perfect. However, here are my suquestions for the house that I will purchase as i'm saving my money. I prefer to build my own porch along the side of the house having the front door in the middle of the home entering into the kitchen. Put the second bedroom with a small bath on the other side of the living room. I would like to have a designated laundry room behind the kitchen with a back door and a master walk in closet at the end of the home in the master bedroom. Keeping the same square footage as a 16'X56'. Please make sure it can stand colder temperatures and a snow load on the roof as we live up north. Thank you for doing what you do. Keep up the good work.
This one is semi close to what I would love to have!
This one is just WOW, for me! One of my favorites so far. Love all of the wood accents, tastefully used throughout this home. It would work great for me in Montana.
Love the front porch paint color and the wood trimming. Beautiful layout 💞💞 .
One of my favorites! I would change the master bedroom door to open into bedroom instead of the hall, or install a pocket door in the bathroom wall. Everything else is perfect!
Ideally, I'd like a mud room/Laundry room in my home. A 1/2 bath is also a nice convenience so guests have their own 'space''
to have a sit...guess we're looking at something a bit longer?
Lovely and clever
My main thought in the kitchens is the lower cabinets, in the corners, are really hard to access. Have there been Lazy Susans on some I missed? Or pull outs? Otherwise the owner will be crawling into Narnia to get what was put there
Crawling into Narnia 😂
Narnia is available only in the bedroom wardrobe. 😊
@@cherylwaclawczyk9098 I know that. It was a joke lol
I could easily live in this home.
Love this one too!!! Not the biggest fan of all the wood, I'm more a white and bright girl.
I enjoyed your presentation of this nice home, it could be perfect for my needs if only you could fit an additional powder room or bathroom. 🌹
Very nice! The tiny 399 square foot models are all too cramped. This bigger, but still small home isn't cramped. If I had the money for land, and one of your homes to put on it, I would get one around this size, and without a loft. I am disabled, so I can't handle the loft stairs. Even if I could handle the stairs, I still wouldn't want a low loft as I don't want to risk getting a concussion. Really, this roomy one story model is much more practical. It's also roomy enough to get around with a rolling walker or a wheelchair, except for the doorways, but those can be widened.
Absolutely LOVE how all of your homes always have tons of windows and are flooded with natural light.
Much more liveable for the long term than a tiny home. Nice floorplan. Bedroom should have a true walk in closet like the Cardinal.
One of my favorite models! Love all the wood.
I love the bathroom shower where you can walk in and out with ease. The bedrooms are nice sized!!
It is beautiful 😍
@@american_woman definitely very nice 😊
I love this rustic feel layout of this place. My favorite parts are the built-ins in the living area, dressers in the bedrooms, & the layout of the kitchen area. Why don't you put combo shower/tub in the cottages.❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟
They do in some
I really would like to see bathtubs , garden tube in theses tiny homes
I know you guys are located in north Texas so I have to wonder why, after the hellish electrical failure during the winter of a couple of years ago, why you guys don't include a gas or wood heater/fireplace in some of these models. Love the interior, and I love the fact that your homes don't look like standard trail park houses.
That one is nice! I like the large window and the fire place! Mr. Tiny don't miss! 💪🏾
What fireplace?
The electric fireplace
I think I'm in love!!! This home has everything just right!! Cabin feel & the size is perfect.
Mr Tiny you showcase some of the most beautiful manufactured homes available, and I can understand the pricing due to the elegant and stylish craftsmanship, and I am also living on a retirement income from month to month. So all I can do is just give credit where it is due and dream on!!! Nevertheless you keep show casing and selling while I keep thinking W❤️W!! And maybe somehow??. Thanks for the view.
Awesome home. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a walk-in closet similar to the Cardinal tiny home, I believe it was.
Full wall length closet rather than the drawers in the middle, at least.
You do an excellent job of presenting all the features of these home. This is the nicest home I've ever seen you show. You've really knocked it out of the park with this one. EXCELLENT. LOVE the bathroom in this one. It would be even nicer with a screened porch on the front.
It seems like every time I watch a new video, that model becomes my new favorite! This one is Love the entertainment center, but would prefer a narrower fireplace and wider shelving. Spacious kitchen, and the smaller bedroom would be my library with wall-to-wall bookshelves. (I’m a bookseller.) Primary bedroom size is impressive, but I agree with other comments suggesting a walk in closet like the Cardinal. Thank you for providing these informative videos, and for making them so enjoyable to watch. This particular offering is going to be tough to beat!
I love this home it’s so spacious GREAT JOB ONCE AGAIN MR TINY
This is my dream home. A dream I will never be able to afford but love it anyways. I don't even get $850 a month.
Here's my Thumbs up and comment. This is a great place. You showcase these places great. Good job.
Love it! 2 level bar tops in the kitchen are out of style, I would prefer a 1 level is island top.
Oh my GOSH! This house is GORGEOUS!!! I absolutely LOVE what you did with this model!!!!
Love the outside colors with the redwoodcedar.
Beautiful home. I love being able to use a side-by-side washer and dryer. Also I like having more storage. Great job Mr Tiny.
Love the pine walls💜👍👍💜
I love everything about this home.
I love this. Plenty of room!
Very nice. Love the blue with wood trim. A great home for in the mountains or in the woods.
Love the tower dormer and accent in the living area! Good job showcasing this home Mr Tiny.
Love this model, only thing is, get rid of the first set of transom windows and bring up the main windows. You don't need two sets of transom windows on the same wall.
Very nice , but I would put all the ceiling in wood in the living room. Everything thing else is nice
That's a lot of home for only $127K!!!!
I love this house. Looks like acabin on the inside, but would be great if you made it look like a cabin on the outside too. Yes it would most likely bring up the price, but, it would be worth it for most buyers I think
That is a nice layout. However, I'd get rid of that kitchen island. How can you get that frig out if you have to replace it? I'd also get rid of those transom windows right above the living room windows, then you can keep the size but raise them up - they are too low to the floor. The set of transoms below the ceiling is enough. I like that pine look, makes it feel very homey.
Can you put enough solar panels on the roof to power the entire house?
There are weight limits on manufactured homes. Probably best to put them on the ground nearby.
very nice.there's no such thing as too much storage!he made me laugh.:)
That house is beautiful!
I love all the wood. ❤
This is awesome! I love it!
Very attractive home. Another great tour.
One of my favorites.
Nice home and great job Mr Tiny!!
I love this house & style!
Love this one so much! Its perfect!
LOOOVE IT!!! God Bless!🌅🦋
Beautiful wood throughout! Love that cabin! Thank you.😊
😍 love it ❤ thanks Mr. Tiny! Well done! You always look nice in your matching suit!
Love this cabin style two bedroom..especially the entertainment center! The living room is very spacious! Likes the splash glass shower…ease to get in and out…Great floor plan! Tiny home feature in mini mansion! Loved it!
This is perfect!! I adore it!!
Love it. Love the layout and all the wood accents.
Love this! I need a craft room!
Fabulous!
Love those windows! Feel better sooner!
Lovely home!🥰 Perfect for a single person, not too big, not too small, just right. 👍🏻
Beautiful Home
Love ❤this
Love ❤️ this home

i started to stop last week to take a look at the tiny homes but i thought about i might not better just drop in but i will be back through soon great home
Beautiful home.
so innovative!
Great house!
Beautiful home
Great model! Ticks ALL the boxes.
Very nice.
Hey Mr. tiny I really loved the Lavaca cottage. It is fantastic for two. I especially love the large master bedroom, the Living room and the bathroom seem a bit larger.
One of the best homes, tiny Tim!
Mr Tiny fyi question. In the dining area on the narrow wall as you walk down the hallway could a built-in hutch or computer desk go there?
Also can you upgrade the water heater to a tankless unit?
Thank you sir
Really like ❤
This is the one I want
Opening into shower needs to be wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Wall jets at waist (when standing up) as an option to hand wand shower head. And/or a bench that flips up inside shower for sitting.
OMGosh...tie his hands down and he wouldn't be able to say a word!!
Not into blonde colored varnish. The oak floors a plus the general layout is decent. I think the dinky small space for TV's in the bedrooms are a waist of space. Water heater on demand could make that closet a partial storage space. Pantry is wonderful.
Side by side laundry machines good. Full size fridge good. Like the kitchen sink. The front porch should have movable screen & glass walls or sheer side curtains something to keep bugs out. The bedroom doesn't have to have horizontal wood wall. It needs some work for my personal taste. But overall it's nice.
You need to put the water faucet on the opposite side so you don't get drowned when you turn on your shower.
I prefer side doors to give extras wall space.
Just make a walk in closet with the dresser inside. The two closets, dresser in between is awkward.
I love the color combo and all the wood trim on the outside. If the porch roof was the same redwood stained wood, it would be perfect.
What is the heating system for this home. I love it - especially the built in bookcases and tv console!
Nice cabin but can you remove some of those windows and move the ceiling fan closer to the kitchen? I wish there was a "sister" store in California
I wish there was a little less front porch and a little more livingroom! Nice though.
Anyone have a rough idea of what delivery to Oregon would cost?
The only objection I have is most of the windows don't actually open. I live in the deep south. Having opening windows for airflow is mandatory for a livable space
What do the utilities hookups look like for something like this? I’d love a bigger space but we don’t want to do full plumping and electrical, and water…is it the same as the park models?
Cabinets out of reach for older people to get to. Microwave built in the wall would be nice.
Nice wood and stain trim.
Don't need them 3 cabinets by back door put a benchseat and 4 hooks for hanging coats or a place for shoes in the bench seat and
I would not need the additional window by closet in the last bedroom two high windows on the other wall are plenty for a bedroom... Just my thoughts
Board and Batton
tell'm what they've won Fran....! 😆
