In camping mode, don`t forget to lock the doors and turn off bluethooth on your device so nobody can open the doors from outside.

Cool. I usually set the fan to low and my summer consumption is less than 1% per hour. I haven't try camp mode on winter yet.. next time..
You make it look so spacious and inviting .....no doubt a good night's sleep with that set up

Personally, I’d never park to sleep on a busy/fast paced street like that in fear that someone might hit the car when I’m sleeping. I’d look for a quieter residential street nearby. Feel like the risk of a drunk driver or someone not paying attention and hitting the car while asleep is not worth it.

Same... Parking and sleeping on the side of the busy road like that... I'd be scared to do it.
Ehhh I would take my chances. I think she was partly between cars which kinda acts as barrier and I’d rather just park in a busy well lit area

Great video and insight. How does your car handle in the snow ? Any concerns I live in NY and considering purchasing one very soon
So far my car has been fine. I would recommend getting better treaded tires, but even with the OEM tires, it was fine trekking through the snow. Battery will always be a concerned. I charge my Tesla in a garage and leave it in a garage when I’m not driving and camping.

You should invest in the Teslaunch Model Y Trunk Refrigerator Hidden Cooler - 15L Compressor Cooled Storage. $600 is pricey I know but you’ve already saved hundreds in hotel rooms 😂

Was the temperature evenly distributed throughout the cabin during the night? I've read that it's colder close to your feet. Was that your experience too?
It was colder near my feet than the rest of my body. My head and upper body was warm. My legs were warm because of the blankets. The climate was set at 70 with Med fan speed and I felt like it maintained the temperature throughout the whole night.
Is kinda of small to camp on tesla y, I am thinking about getting a tesla sub trunk fridge.
Depending on how tall you are it might feel small, but the Y offers a lot of versatility.
