Hello , It will give you really good amount of EPA and DHA in just one capsule but apart from omega 3 it also contains Preservative 218, Methylparaben .. now this Methylparaben has been approved for use in many countries, including the United States and the European Union, there has been some controversy and concerns raised regarding its safety and potential health effects. Some studies have suggested that parabens, including Methylparaben, may have weak estrogenic effects and could potentially disrupt hormone function, although the evidence is still inconclusive.. but i will suggest better to avoid anything controversial as we have other good clean products .. Hello , Yes capsules of any brands are made from non veg animal based products . When I contacted them they said its food grade gelatin but did not disclosed from which animal .. Capsules are made up of gelatin (hard or soft) and its made from animal skin .. Now since this is a fish oil , all brands will use animal based gelatin .. If you go for vegetarian omega 3 capsules than those are made of HPMC which is derived from plant. I have reviewed plant based omega 3 DHA and EPA capsules on my channel which you can check out .. thanks

Sir it contains 60 soft gels. Agar daily 1 bhi le toh 2 months tak toh chl jayega if we put this in a freezer without any kind of oxidised (decay).

Hello , I understand your concern . Inside this capsule there is omega fatty acid which is oil obtained from fish. Fish oil generally has a fishy after taste but since this one from Neuherbs ( link in description box ) is lemon flavour you will not experience fishy aftertaste. Also make sure you take 1 capsule with bit of water ( not much) between your meals to completely avoid the feeling of eating a fish. Also during that meal , ensure you eat some food rich in healthy fat like bit of pupkin seeds , chia seeds , flax seeds ( how to eat ? video on my channel ) , walnuts for better absorption of omega 3 . Also note that you can get omega 3 from plant based food also but they are rich in ALA and not DHA or EPA which is more beneficial . One more point to note - You do get vegan omega 3 capsules which does contain DHA and EPA also apart from ALA - This is in case you dont want to consume fish oil omega 3 supplement. Thank you !!!!!

@@PowerOfNutrition i've done a research on them including their history and the verified amazon reviews, i found that NEUHERBS and NATURALTEIN gets their omega 3 fish oil manufactured from bliss welness indore (cleanest city), so why not buy directly from bliss welness? Bcz there are many ppl who shared their good experience especially with neuherbs.
Swisse is an australian brand since 1969 i guess, also their manufacturing unit is also in aus and have many certifications.
Both of them their manufacturing units are US FDA approved.

Hello , They have not mention the source of their fish oil.. i mean the name of fish is not disclosed on the ingredient list from where they have sourced omega 3 fats.. Rest all is ok and looks good . 1 capsule will give 600 mg EPA and 400 mg DHA which is good. thanks !!!!
