You just have to unpack the .7z file, and then install the .cdp file into Trainz. If you don't know how to install .cdp files, you can refer to this video: czcams.com/video/7bsFPdnLHbM/video.html

You have to un-zip the file, then you will find the CDPs in the new folder.

My understanding is, if it is able to work with TRS19, then it should with T:ANE.
