No Ruth, that's is home. I only walk in the morning. Because of my spine injury I slow down later in the day. I always have 10 lites of water in my vehicle. I have had heat stroke a few times and do anything to avoid it. The weather is well above average in Temps 32c every day for the rest of the week. The sun up here is burning hot, and I always wear a broad rimmed hat. I have siesta at lunchtime as no one is paying me to work in the heat anymore.😂😂😂
@@darrylweidenhofer Sensible. We used to make our own. But when that wasn't available, marmite on crackers and a sweet drink. Next best thing. You get some sugar, and salt. Pepsi, poured and left to go flat also supposed to be a good electrolyte balance, with carb soda, etc. Used it when kids got diarrhoea in Morocco. Worked well.
