Got back here close to sunset. I never got to the Cafe until lunchtime. It's a one and half hours drive to Atherton.

This whole area was covered in thick jungle and enormous trees. The red cedar wood was prized worldwide and cut down. Any forest you see is protected under World Heritage and can not be used for any purpose.

@ruth.greening yep, I certainly do. As a kid, the tap water was so bad. 2 places in the world where ships never took on water Adelaide and Aden. Water is clean now but tastes horrible . No water up here has fluoride in it. I fill up 10 litre bottles from the Atherton park. It is spring water from an aquifer, and I usually get 100 litres a fortnight. I dont drink the water here
