Inside an Abandoned Kids Fun Place & Skate Rink! Five Nights at Freddy’s IRL!!

- In this episode we are exploring an abandoned kid fun center and rollerblading rink. The rink almost closed at the end of 2013 when the owner passed away, but luckily for the community his wife managed to keep it open, catering to the neighborhood & its children, hosting birthday parties & free events for the local schools. She even was known to just buy skates for her “kids” even if they couldn’t afford it. This place has been a major part of the local community for decades. The kids that used to skate there in the 70s & 80s were now bringing their kids & grandkids. But unfortunately nothing lasts forever and the rink was permanently closed in 2020. The Covid-19 pandemic made it nearly impossible to keep the business open and running. Now the rink sits in disrepair, part of the roof has collapsed but the memories still remain.

The statue of the woman in roller skates is supposed to be a car hop. In the old days they would bring your food out to your car at drive in restaurants.

Not gonna lie this seems like a place I would've loved to work at. I love dressing up in costumes so getting to do that as my job would be awesome!
Same my dream job is Disney i was mascot for 4 years at my school and its so much fun to play a character 😭
@MegantheestallionLover04 That's awesome! I always wanted to be a school mascot but at the time my high school didn't have a mascot costume. They got it the year I graduated in 2016.
You always will find Christmas stuff in abandoned places that are left with everything inside. Never fails.
It's sad to think that one day there won't be roller rinks anymore. Kids today are just not interested like we were in the 70s thru 80s.
Besides doing NASCAR around the rink(only going left) and getting blisters. Roller skating was fun. A way to spend it with family and friends.

Vampirina "Vee" Hauntley is the titular main protagonist of the Disney Jr. animated series Vampirina. She is a young vampire, whose family moved from Transylvania, Romania to Pennsylvania to open a local Scare Bed n' Breakfast.

I like the M&M's characters you were showing in the background, I've got to see one of those, the one that I got to see was the yellow character, if you're able to take one, you looking at a small fortune they're worth a lot of money just to have as a collection or to sell. They use the carts to take back skates that people leave around the place. Along with party supplies.

Every Sunday we would go skating there’s no places like this anymore. I can’t believe they didn’t take the stuff with them a lot of soda left when I was a kid we would call soda pop.

This was New SkateLand the roof collapsed because it's flat and 3 massive snow storms dumpling 3-5 feet of snow. There was a bar upstairs back in the day. If u have time Read the story of David Goggins, he's the son of the former owner.

I love watching you guys videos this one is awesome like the one u went to roll on American in Massachusetts when it got shut down do to Covid skylite roller skating center got shut down do to Covid in Worcester Massachusetts it was creepy in there my husband use to play music and skate room at the one in Worcester Massachusetts it’s sad things shut down to there reasons 😢

The Disney mascot head are definitely creepy in their own right my theory is the Mickey and Minnie and Donald Duck ones you guys found, I think they were made in the 90’s, like 1990’s generation, they were like a big thing back then but they looked creepy, sometimes creepier than the ones in this video.

@urbaxvibes You're welcome! Thanks for your reply. I used to have a ghost hunting team. Our team conducted our paranormal investigations with the scientific approach. We used flir thermal imaging cameras, k 2 meters, digital cameras with ir extenders, laser grids, rem pods, etc. I reside here in WV. Our ghost hunting team liked going to the Moundsville Penitentiary in Moundsville, WV, as it was our favorite place to go to. I don't have ghost hunting team anymore because it was time consuming for us and it was life goes on reason for us.
