Julia's starting point of just drawing the default Mii face on a circle is killing me
Thomas the tank engine faces
Julia's ability to draw a perfect Mii face repetitively is killing ME
dude i made that exact same comparison to my friend when i talked to them about this ep--😭
Oh god it is xD
you are so right! I was wondering why it looked so familiar!
Julia being like "I'll give you a hint" and then draws the same face on another guy killed me
And then said no THIS is Charlie Brown *same face on a smaller body*
😂😂😂"Do you realize that??"
Edit - Came back for a laugh - 🤣🤣🤣 21:57 - The furious "No, it's not...NO!"
In Julia’s defense in King of the Hill characters funnily enough have the same face. It’s just that she drew Bobby as mii
I was genuinely dying haha

This is the strongest pro-references argument I've ever seen by an artist
jacob asking for one of julia's works to be edited in at 26:11 is more effective than any infographic, text post, or college lecture could ever hope to be

It's why she loves the medieval period so much. She's so at home there.
Yeah, she made those back in vampire times, and she’s continuing her legacy to this day

I love the implication that only some medieval babies look Like That because of the notion it was somehow degrading to Christ to depict him as a normal human baby that was never An Adult Man From The Start- and some of them look Like That because Julia Lepetit drew them
"JULIA YOU DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING" is definitely going in the Drawfee hall of fame.

The day this episode came out, my dog had just had surgery. I ended up watching this in the middle of the night while I was up babysitting her. I was delirious from exhaustion and worry. When they got to Arthur, I was laughing so hard that I burst into tears. This episode is now one of my all-time favorites. Thank you Drawfee crew, especially Julia. Yesss, it's so good
truly nothing brings me more joy than julia drawing "badly." it's like seeing a rocket scientist do finger math.
This is such a good description
Different kind of scientist, but apparently Bertrand Russell wasn't very good at mental math
The entire Bobby Hill section of this video will be forever remembered as one of Drawfee’s biggest laughing fits. Perfection
that boy aint right
So many baffling things. The "it'll make sense, imma fix it" and then changing BARELY anything. The father, the reveal and the wildest thing to me at the very end of the episode...
SHE'S CONVINCED IT'S AN ACCURATE DEPICTION OF HIM?!?!?
Jacob begging for God halfway through ended me.
I somehow called Bobby Hill pretty early and got increasingly exasperated as it progressed
I cannot describe how upset I was when I realized it was Bobby hill
The crew breaking down into shambles while Julia draws DILF Hank Hill next to Not Bobby Hill is probably one of the best moments off all time
I literally had tears down my cheeks and could barely breathe 🤣
Jacob's fucking "no it's nOT!!!" was delivered with Oscar-worthy passion
"gun head the violence hog" is such an underrated karina line
When Jacob asked "Are we done?" I looked at the time left and was shocked to find that, much to Jacob's chagrin, Julia was only halfway done.
What have we learned today?
Julia's brain thinks every cartoon man is Vault Boy from Fallout.
THANK YOU! No one else said anything and I am SO SURPRISED!
I was gonna like this comment but it has 420 likes and I won't be the one to break that
A less enthusiastic vault boy.
Okay, I know it's been six months, but real talk: "Julia Bares Her Whole Art Ass" as an episode concept is incredibly brave and encouraging
30:15
Showed my parents this episode and Julia started drawing the face shape of Fred from Scooby Doo. And my mom responded by saying, “It’s a boob.”
UNPROMPTED. On CHRISTMAS DAY.
My loving father responded with staring at her, shocked and incredulous, before saying, in a very Drawfee manner, “My favorite children’s cartoon, ‘Women’s Breast.’ How could I have forgotten?”
My parents are very Drawfee-coded and I never knew.
Haha this is spectacular!!
Sure.
Julia in this episode feels like a mom desperately trying to relate to her child's interests "Oh thats.... Morty and his grandpa you like them"
I have never, in CZcams's 15 years of existence, laughed as hard at a video as I laughed during the Bobby Hill drawing. From Karina's indignant, "JULIA! You didn't change anything!" I couldn't stop laughing. My stomach hurts, and my eyes are leaking. Thank you Drawfee.
I actually had to pause it so I could breathe again
I would like to @DeepBlueInk for this exact moment, because I can already picture the angry Karina faces.
I had to go close my office door so that none of my students would walk in on me losing my entire shit, dear lord that was the funniest thing I have maybe ever seen
They went fully unhinged and took all of us with them.
Sitting at my desk very thankful its 8am and I'm the only person in the building
[21:50] "Thats- no Julia thats Bobby Hill?"
"Yeah."
"NO IT'S NOT!"
Genuinely my all time favorite drawfee moment
You can literally hear Jacob speedrun the 5 stages of grief when he realizes that it's Bobby Hill and it cracks me up so bad
After Bobby Hill, Julia just stopped trying to remember and just drew everyone with the same dead face. Also, you guys HAVE to do this again. THIS IS AMAZING!!!
I don't know if you watch their streams, but they've done quite a bit of this in streams over the last couple months. I'm pretty sure that's how it ended up becoming an official channel video idea, lol. I would hop over to the VOD channel if you want more of these shenanigans.

The spiral into laughter and chaos when Julia drew “Bobby hill” cured a week of depression in just that segment
did julia get perpetually cursed to draw every cartoon man with the "have you seen this man in your dreams" face
HAHAHAHA “This Man”
Julia is excellent at getting every detail exactly wrong and still somehow nailing the vibe of the character.
Their vibe, but at their most tired and overwhelmed by the crushing weight of the world’s many ills
The hosts have such different reactions to the drawings. Jacob sounds angry, Karina seems morbidly fascinated, and Nathan is just confused and delighted.

22:09
Jacob's monotone "this is what you see when you die" at 38:51 paired with that unsettlingly neutral face is going to haunt me for the rest of my life
To Julia's credit, shrinking the eyes and centering the face on Bobby did help me figure it out, even if the drawing was fundamentally the same lol
Someone said "I love that show where everyone has the same face and just stares at you" and I had a sudden flashback to when I had only ever seen 30 seconds of that show while in a hotel room and that's genuinely how I would've described it to someone else 😂
i mean bobby’s such a simple character that she wasn’t too far off, especially neck down
@@geekmyths, truly the neck is the most off part. Bobby has zero neck and she gave him a long stick neck ^_^
I am so down for an episode of "Julia gets yelled at for three hours attempting to draw absolutely anything from memory."
Well, she can draw structures from memory really well. Just not characters.
That would still be funny. One round she draws a perfect scene of like a mansion house or something and then 5min later…this
I'd like to imagine you can sabotage AI art datasets by throwing enough art from Julia's memory at them.
"We told a computer watch Julia draw Hank Hill 100 times and this is what it thinks King of the Hill is."
*American Gothic with a distorted watermark over it*
Can we do that XD? Just throw stick figures in to an ai after labeling it as anime to see what happens
generates an otherwise perfect Obama but it has the julia face
I love how she actually does a pretty good job at the start, but then Foghorn Leghorn comes up and it gets proggressively more cursed from there.
Everyone sobbing and losing their everloving MINDS while Julia was drawing "Bobby Hill" was a new tier of comedy, the horror and joy of watching a group of people have a collective mental breakdown as someone erases and redraws the same features that give absolutely nothing away as to the identity of the character
We need the inverse where Nathan, Jacob, and Karina have to draw a room from an obscure anime about grief and Julia has to guess what room it is 😂
'oh yeah that's the house of the chubby kid from bokurano, easy'
She would fucking kill it
and watch them struggle with Blender: "we rendered a room!" Julia, sobbing: "NO YOU DIDN'T!!"
"Don't worry, you're still doing a bad job!" is one of the most Drawfee sentences ever uttered.
So much has been said about Bobby Hill (and rightly so) but the moment that really breaks me is Arthur's sultry little smirk i cant handle it oh my god 😂😂😂😂😂
And I say "Hey"-
"hey~😏"
hearing jacob go, totally unprompted, "poopy, doopy, stupid" cracks me up every time
I can't believe Julia drew Wallace from Wallace and Gromit for nearly every drawing
But when she was aiming for that look intentionally she couldn't and had to make it with irl clay
Most people try to draw an original character and end up recreating an existing character. Julia tries to draw an existing character and ends up drawing an OC. It's honestly kind of brilliant.

I love when everyone else finally finishes laughing while Nathan’s silent, then out of nowhere you hear a painful, desperate inhale from nathan, choking on his laughter
Nathan is my kind of human. Laughter gets backed up to a point where the giggles physically choke us XD
As an artist who finds it incredibly hard to recall details it's actually super comforting to see such a great artist struggle with the same issues.
I'm exactly the same even if I can recall the general image of a character in my mind, if you tell me to put that on paper with accuracy I will struggle 😂😂

True!! I can kick ass with reference but when I try to make things from imagination it’s like “oh shit that’s not how faces/bodies/animals work”

Dude for real. This is the most relatable episode of Drawfee of all time. Julia is a gift.
Julia only being able to draw Arthur as a handsome man is so on brand.
29:32 The placement Gunhead the Violence Hog aiming right at Peppa's head really adds a different vibe
Putting up her Elden Ring painting for comparison to her Tom and Jerry gave me a brilliant idea for an episode: fully rendered speed draws with absolutely no reference. It would be fun to see how everybody does, but Julia's will be an absolute fever dream.
this would be fun
this episode is just full of bangers but 32:06 Nathan saying “Woody’s a small, jealous man” with so much contempt absolutely sent me
He's so valid for that

Nathan was on his fucking ballgame the entire episode
(about Ren) "[He's] like a sad broken man! But a man nonetheless."
Imagining Buzz saying You are a small, jealous, little man. And you have my pity, farewell!
It kills me that Julia actually drew Fred’s eyes correctly because the style is most similar to the faces she defaults to, yet she still fixes it to make it less accurate in the end😂 30:35
They made her doubt it
she was gaslighted
Woody ended up looking more like Fred than Fred did
I am not an emotional person. The number of times I have cried laughing in my 30 years of life is probably in the single digits. This episode is one of them. Thank you Julia for this gift.
Everyone dying from confused laughter at the Bobby Hill was so infectious! Truly comedy. Also the flash of Julia’s incredibly ornate and detailed drawing juxtaposed with the Tom and Jerry was the epitome of she’s got the range!
