    Great video. You're actually the reason I decided to start doing my own projects. So far my wife has been happy. Thanks for the inspiration and great content!

    Love this!! I’d love to know what was the cost of wood used??? I have clamps, screws, level, & a driver already. Thank you

      The 2 x 4's that I used are $7 each and the 1 sheet of plywood that I used was $42. The rest was just spare wood that I had in the garage already. :-)

    New subscriber here because of IG beforeandafter page and OMG!! I’m a new homeowner and I’ve been fussing about how much garage shelving costs online for a year now. This looks totally doable seeing you do this solo as I will be doing mine solo as well. I’m glad I found your channel!!

    How did you attach the small pieces to the 2x4 on the wall while it was already attached. I don't believe I saw that part in the video. Thank you for all your help!!

      I screwed them in at an angle from both sides of the 2 x 4.

    Again, I'm blown away with your project. You always make such great stuff that's so handy and very useful. Please can you give us the measurements of your 2 x 4's and the size of the plywood ( 2 feet ) I think for the plywood.

    • @whatlovebuilt
      @whatlovebuilt  Před 3 lety +1

      My 2 x 4's are 8 ft in length, so is the sheet of plywood. :-)

    How far did you space out one shelf to the next shelf?

  • @vmitch1018
    @vmitch1018 Před 3 lety

    Sorry for all the questions, what are the measurements of the smaller 2 x 4's underneath each shelf?

      I think those were 2ft out from the wall. Lol., I'm trying to figure this thing out too because I desperately need shelves in my garage.
