5. Amma 300 grm ku rice ku evlo tomato Onion use pannalam biriyani ku

Here I’m using India gate Basmati rice, we should soak rice for 15 to 20 minutes. If we’re using stainless steel cooker, after adding rice we should reduce the flame.
For basmati rice water ratio 1:1.5 cup
For seeraga samba rice 1:2 cup water .
Correct amount of ingredients gives good flavour to Biriyani. Thank you 🙏🏻
