Jonas actually wrote a legit bop. That chorus and the "ohhhh ohhhh" at the end were so damn catchy. You could tell the song could have been built into a groove as well with a harder strumming acoustic after that bit.

Why do I feel like if they were all to collab on a song. Jonas would write the lyrics, August would bring the vocals, and Joel produced it, I don’t think we’d be ready for such a masterpiece!

I would really like to hear a finished version of Roomie's song. I liked both Jonas' and August's songs, but there was something about Roomie's that caught my attention a little more. Anybody else feeling like hearing a completed version or is it just me?

Jonas really made a bop, it was the song I vibed with the most and that wordless hook with the "Oooh" stays in your mind, but everyone did a good job on their songs, Roomies' feel like a song I would sing for a daughter of mine (if I had one that is)

What I like about these videos are how personal they are. Rather than the songs being super perfect it’s more of the journey of writing songs realistically

This is such an awesome series! I really love that Roomie and his friends are approaching the process of how to write a song, and especially since Jonas finally got a win and is on the board! 🤣
For future episodes, even though these might seem like stupid ideas, my recommendations are this; let me know if they should do it!
1. Who can make the most EMOTIONAL BALLAD? A challenge on lyricism, relatability and emotional sentimentality. It would be interesting seeing how they approach this, since ballads are normally hard to make sound good and fresh. Reason this one counts is because this video mostly focused on topics of love.
2. Who can make the most DANCEABLE TRACK? It can be any genre associated with dancing, having a great time, or making you wanna bop your head and tap your foot. Production, beats, and atmosphere are important here. Especially since Roomie has _It Kills Me_ and _Burn_ from the Hot Sauce Songwriting Challenge!
3. Who can make the best ANTHEMIC THEME song? Either they can approach an anthemic song like a sports song, like FIFA, Olympics, charity singles, Eurovision, etc. Especially since FIFA 2022 is approaching around the corner, it’ll be a sick delight to see how these three funny men approach how to make it appeal to the crowd and sound festive. Or… they can do a different approach and make a song that is anthemic that it can get a crowd singing out loud or rally them up and get them excited (Like: Don’t Stop Believing or We Will Rock You).
4. Who can make the best SUMMER SONG? I think Roomie covered this video on certain songs and this will be interesting to see how they approach the idea of a summer song, since those songs mostly have that summer paradise vibe, partying, relaxing, good time vibes, etc. And seeing how Roomie can look back at his videos to get ideas on how to write the song, it will be interesting seeing how this approaches!

I love Jonas’s song. I hope he puts a little more time into it to get it just how he wants it and releases it. My one nit is the redundancy at the beginning, “the first time I saw you / we had never met before.” Otherwise, I thought it was great!
