Not a dumb question at all! They were mailbox letters that the original owner added, but the letters wore off just leaving the subtle gold shapes. Looks sick.

Yup --and Les Paul Juniors almost perfect guitars...there may be something to the magnetic field affecting tone on 2-3 pickup guitars.

Definitely has an effect, granted I can’t say how much of one. Check out my previous video for a sweet ‘57 Les Paul Junior if you haven’t already - that one is incredible!
