I use 12 ounce almond milk (heated) and then add the packet and whisk until thick and frothy. Then the B-Tox is more of a water additive than tea. Using sunscreen is always a good move imo, but yes....soooo many factors are more important than creams and serums.
Like, the laser treatments carry 90% of her skincare results, plus genetics and stress contribute a lot more than people think. She was born in a rich family and seems to get along with them well, which tells me that she avoided the stress of 99% of other people that grow up in poverty or a working class family, plus broken homes, shitty childhoods etc....stress is an immense factor in aging and I'm not expecting a rich woman to have any of that, so it's logical to me that she looks good lol

After spending 3 months in the African summer, my eye area has aged so much, so I can definitely confirm that sun exposure is so damaging to the skin... I have very fair sensitive skin so I have been using SPF every day for a very long time, and for these 3 months I used a heavy duty sunscreen, reapplied it several times a day, I stayed inside when it was too hot, and still got the damage. I am also under a lot of stress and cannot sleep, so these two elements combined have had made a mess on my skin.
Now I'm trying to repair things with a very strict skincare routine and some laser treatments, but it is difficult and takes a lot of time (and money).

Fish oil , is for inflammation but it also is important for hydration from the inside. Vitamin D ( D is really a hormone, and effects many key functions of our body) 5,000 IU’s daily. When taking D always take K2 100 mcg. as well. Also polyphenols are very important along with greens like arugula, spinach, romaine ( everything should be organic) and lots of high quality olive oil ( it should have a bitter taste, that means it’s high in polyphenols) Read The Plant Paradox for a better understanding. Also, good for nourishing your skin is an avocado daily(it’s a healthy fat), and mushrooms (the brown crimini). Stay away from sugar ( & bread products like bagels & pasta) also fruit turns into sugar ( only have small of amounts of fruit), like berries, especially blackberries when in season. If you eat animal protein, the fat in goat & sheep cheese is 30% MCT ( medium chain triglycerides). And pastured eggs or meat is preferred, along with ocean caught salmon, cod & shrimp. Japanese sweet potatoes ( especially the Hannah variety) are a good carb, as is millet & sorghum. Pistachios 1/2 cup max daily, have high amounts of melatonin as do mushrooms & it might help with your sleep.

Thank you so much for going over her skincare and beauty routine. I've been chronically ill since 2009 and in physical pain from birth due to a spine defect, and it takes a serious toll in terms of aging (which is rough, although for someone like me, aging is very much a privilege). I have great genes, but the combo of fair skin and medical issues is challenging, and now that I'm in my mid-30s and have been sober for almost two years, I wanted to add more to my arsenal and do more to take care of myself.
I really, really appreciate this, and am excited to see the results.

Hathaway is such a beautiful woman who has some unusual features. She tweaked her nose and it just finessed the bridge but didn't alter our perception of her unique face. She does nothing cutesy or too out there. She still looks like a Grad student from another era. Her eyes and lips are really lovely - Anne Hathaway is the actress who most reminds me of Audrey Hepburn - just a grungier one. Like Julia Roberts, Anne goes for simple lines & minimal styles in beautiful fabrics and favours a consistent look in makeup that flatters her incredible colouring and allows her "natural" beauty and best features to shine. Her face has a signature. She seems both approachable and glamorous. She has a rather large frame and features - and she clearly has it figured out. She's really beautiful and a much better ACTRESS than is usually acknowledged. Anne deserves a part worthy of her many talents and the fact that she is so capable of displaying a full range of emotion with her eyes alone.
It seems like a lot of work to look that good, but in her case she really glows from self care, expensive products and good genetics. Those beautiful pink undertones to her skin. It's nice to see someone who respects what she was given. Audrey Hepburn disliked her nose and the shape of her eyes, her wide jaw, too skinny body and BIG feet. She changed nothing, just figured out how to be her best self. Julia Roberts, ditto. The world approves. ❤

It started when I was just 16 and it’s a pattern of baldness. My point is, age is definitely a factor but for a lot of people is way more relative than others. A beautiful woman as she ages just becomes a beautiful older women, still beautiful. If you’re blessed with the genetics you don’t have as much to worry about because it will always be slower to the point where you get used to some little changes and don’t really end up feeling disfigured as someone who experiences quick body deterioration.
