WOW! Business Class! What a luxury! Sometimes, I think that I would rather spend the money on the trip than on the air ticket. But your ticket price was quite affordable given the service provided. As always, hope you have a fabulous weekend and I look forward to your trip report next week! : )

Premium Economy is the only occasional luxury for me when flying, and that’s usually paying the Upgrade price at check in.
I only took Etihad Airways, Emirates, from YYZ to KHI when I was little. I took Air Canada from YYZ to ATL in 2015. And then before the pandemic I took American from YYZ to DFW. Also great report!
I took American from YYZ to DFW in 2019! It was my first ever American flight and first time in US soil! Thanks for watching :D
What a plane, what a cabin, what a suite, what a phenomenal flight, one to remember for sure! Really happy for you, Jayden, that you could enjoy such a perfect journey! I really hope Etihad keep their A380s for many years to come. This business class looks fantastic, sleek, modern and well-thought. The crew is attentive and charming, the dishes are very well presented and look tasty! There is also mood lighting in the lavatory!!! Wow! I still would have taken a glass of champagne though :) Have fun planning your next trip and have a great weekend my friend!

Such an interesting insight into Etihad! I've always been curious to fly with them, but because they're not in one of the airline alliances, I've never been that enthused to do so, but this makes me very tempted!
thanks for watching! One main reason I flew with them was their partnership with Virgin Australia :) not being part of the alliance can be tricky haha
I wouldn’t mind a hug by the cabin crew after each flight lol. One thing we’re going to miss are the spacious cabins of the A380.
my goal for each flight 😝 yeah shame to see them and 747 retiring or in long term storage
The last time I flew on a plane is on last Christmas going to Tokyo taking hK airlines in business class 😔 I miss flying

Great video, Jayden. I want to try out Etihad’s business product someday soon. The food looked amazing, especially that chocolate brownie. The service looked awesome too. The lounge looked nice as well, but I’m surprised they don’t have a quiet area given how many people transit overnight. Stay safe!
I know right! I didn’t even bother to look it up airline, I just assumed they would have some nap area like Cathay and Malaysia do 😂 Luckily I got a Cathay eyeshade which i’ve been using since my HK to Brussels flight in 2018🤓 Thanks Mike!!
I've taken this plane last year. Excellent! London Abu Dabi Manila and back. I'll take it again. Also the airport staff are very good

So many factors to consider including the lounge, I guess Emirates. Although their seats are nicer, I want to try out all the lounges in Dubai haha

I was going to visit UAE in October for World Expo 2020 but now moved to next year. Another missed opportunity.
9 hours is a long layover especially at that time of night.
Very nice Business class pod on Etihad, great privacy. Food looked great, especially that fudge brownie. yum yum.

I really like the A380 and B747, larger planes, too bad airlines will less likely to use them in future. I guess the more fuel efficient A350 and B787 will be more popular for airlines to use (especially after the COVID). Great video as always, well done Jayden.

Very enjoyable trip report as always, and I hope you had a great stay in my home town of Paris, actually a lot of people complain about it, especially when it’s their first time here but there are so much different things to do it’s a very diverse and cosmopolitan city with a lot of history and beautiful architecture... and for us avgeeks it’s a heaven with the huge Le Bourget aviation museum and obviously the two big airports... and I don’t think your AF biz flight in December will be canceled, AF resumed almost every destination but with lower frequencies obviously, I just hope you will not have a non-refurbished A330...
Thanks for watching! I enjoyed my time there except for the public transport chaos 😂 Took me four hours to get to my hotel near the Arc de Triomphe because of the strike. Almost as long as the flight itself. Hopefully I will be able to fly AF but definitely it will not be the A380 even though it's still showing A380 in my booking online lol.
Can't wait for the new midfield terminal to open up at AUH...they just keep on delaying its opening! Etihad's A380 looks great in all three classes, overall the 380 is a such a cool jet!

i loved the look and comfort of Etihads Business class seat. and the food looked amazing too. How long was you in Paris :) im surprised that overseas airports are still allowing ppl in from other countries. be careful, as France is one of the most infected, along with India atm.
Etihad business is probably the best I've ever experienced, it just stands out from others! I was there for 5 days, and then I went on the Lisbon :)

I've flown with MANY airlines in business and Etihad & Qatar is close. I'd give it to Etihad on the basis that it has USA processing in Abu Dhabi so you arrive as a local passenger in the US. As someone that was stuck for 4 hours processing in JFK due to power issues and long lines this is a godsend. Sadly they no longer fly to Perth, which means I either fly Qantas (I'm not sure why people rave about them their service sucks) or Qatar who service wise is slightly ahead of Etihad.

The last time I flew was on BA in march in CW when uni shut down because of the virus, got to fly on one of their refurbished 777's on the club suite product which was exciting. Waiting for more trip reports!!

For safety reasons it is recommended to keep your shoes on during Takeoff and Landing so you can safely walk to the exit in an emergency

Was very helpful thank you so muchas i wanted to leave flying with Qatar Airways which is now not good putting their passanger through hassel of intense security check randomly just for no reason putting sss on their bording passes and so that passanger had to go theough more intense security check which is insult of their regular passangers for years..the security people say its on your boarding pass so we hav to do it..i jave read their customers reviews they were of the same openion..and also the on board crew getting ill mannerd nobody came for last good by as curtesy as they used to and also shown in this video despite corona SOPs..and i had to go by myself to ask for meals and water no one would show up upon call..it was pethetic service despite paying thousands of dollars for ticket and disregard for customers

Man I miss flying, my few flights pre pandemic were both on Singapore airlines to Melbourne from Manila via Singapore. Last flights pre pandemic on one of the best airlines, through one of the best Airports (Changi), with some of the best flight attendants, on one of the best economy seats.

etihad airway business class always serves full flat bed, direct aisle access. qatar& emirate is not..during the pandermic, low air travel demand period, etihad is the best business class.

Great report Jayden, thank you! I wonder how long it will be before we can experience flying like that again. At the moment it feels like a distant dream! Even at a domestic level, services in Australia see to be shrinking again with the resurgence of the virus.

I flew on upper deck of MA A380 in economy class once...so miss that plane...so quiet and super comfortable. Do I detect the faintest trace of an Australian accent and cadence creeping in, especially at the beginning, Jayden? 😁
Ahh I always miss out on Malaysia’s A380. They fly it to Sydney and Melbourne sometimes but they only announce the use of A380 way after I booked with other airlines. I’ve never been in Australia for more than 11 weeks and now with travel bans it’s been 22 weeks so my accent is changing😂

I hope you can try EVA Air someday. I flew on that airline from ORD》TPE》CEB》TPE》ORD. The Chicago to Taipei was on a B777-300ER and the one to Cebu was an A321-200.
I'd really love to fly them soon! Long haul or short haul I don't care!
