I feel like Tommy Lee doesn't get enough love as one of rocks best drummers. This is such a simple song drum wise but it's done so well that you forget that. Like someone else said here, it drives and serves the song so well.

Anyone giving a thumbs down is clueless. You nailed this, from the tone of the drums to the duplication of Lee’s style. As a guitarist, this is one of my favorite Crue songs, but I’ve always loved the drumming as much or more. Great work.

Tommy put on this drum clinic in my town one time and this was the closing song he chose for the end, the way he broke down his technique was amazing, even offering someone to come up and replicate the technique, was amazing

Not a huge Motley Crue fan but this is one my favorites to play along to. Excellent job doing the hat/snare combo justice.

Tommy is absolutely underrated, mostly because of the whole hair metal stigma. But you nailed this song, your energy is what did it.
Hair Metal era musicians weren't taken as serious as their counter parts, the heavier metal bands use to put them down and not give them kudos for their musical ability. "Kirby Little" obviously isnt from the era and not can contribute a worthwhile comment to the discussion .

Can someone explain why Josh doesn’t have millions of followers? I’ve been watching his vids for a while now, and compared to other cover drummers/drummers in general on YT he’s always had the best chops, skill all around, charisma, etc.

These were the guys that got me started listening to metal, then it all went downhill when I was introduced to the likes of Metallica, Pantera, Megadeth, etc..lol Awesome cover! I’ve never really liked metal. I’m into softer rock. I like bands like Bon Jovi, Poison, Mötley Crüe, I do like AC/DC tho, I’ve never been into bands like Metallica or Pantera tho
