I just received my Frostbite Smokeshow T37ML and it looks amazing. I can't wait to hit the ice this year. Unfortunately Southern Ontario has no prospect for ice this calendar year.

The pole itself is great but the cork handles are super low quality. Put my reel on and twisted the butt handles on it and it cracked the cork where the reel sits!?! Don't tell me I over tighten them because It's not tight! there's a ton of slack on it and if I go anymore I'm sure the seat will just crack like glass since it's old. Probably not going to buy again! First but last time. Also you're not getting new manufactured poles, these have been in storage for years I bet!!! I just received them today - super dusty and the plastic wraps on them were crusty af!!! Not worth the $$.

For eyes why are you using just water should be an isopropanal and water mix. 30 %percent rubbing alcohol to 70 %water. Will help your water evaporate faster and speed up the process.
It is powder water. I think you get it at columbia coatings
@@michaelstewart5014 i know it is powder water its just distilled water mixed with a bake on paint such as protec powder coatings. I mix rubbing alcohol in mine though as it helps the water evaporate alot quicker speeding up my time. As i dont have to wait as long for the just water to evaporate. But maybe the company you buy from already knows and does this?
Guys I use many different media depending on the desired result. I’m usually not doing one jig at a time but full racks. So, I’m not usually waiting. It was just meant to show some of what goes into making a jig. Just hope everyone enjoyed it.

one jig takes that much time. I lose them faster than that. i fear seeing the cost of one of those babies.
The video was a demonstration, see the rack he put it in he'd be loading them up and probably pumping out 20 or 30 at a time it's simple manufacturing making things in batches will massively reduce the time required to make the items.

The jigs are great, it’s too bad the dinner bells are manufactured in China by unskilled laborers! Split rings are trash right out of package, they’re opening up a bit from the idiot who put them that stretched the ring out too far! Was told by someone at frostbite, I won’t name names, that it was to give the little bell/center piece better action! Freaking joke. And chipped paint on a couple of them also...
