Since I did a Yt playlist with your videos from the beginning, I grew a lot: I do homemaking projects, wake up earlier, plan my day, do my makeup and skincare everyday, I am renewing sooo many things inside and out...I am happier, more confident and active. The Lord is changing me and you are an angel he puted my way to help me with it. May He bless you and your family endlessly.
"Do not despise the chastening of the LORD, for whom He loves He chastens" this has been my cleaning meditation. I've been going through the chastenings and giving thanks for them. God's love is so deep and of such great depth we just stand in awe.

Wow! I love all of your videos but for me, this one was special. I have done exactly as you have where I really pondered over the arrangement of my home and refined it and refined it until it was as beautiful and welcoming and comfortable and functional as it can possibly be. But I really loved how you linked the refreshing of your home to the refreshment of yourself. I think this is one of the keys to the feminine soul. And so often, the thing that helps us the most to feel calm and peaceful and to quieten our troubled hearts, is to turn to Our Lord, and order and beautify our homes.
I love the scriptures you use. I am a Christian and appreciate those little accents. I use them on my channel because they just encourage my heart.

The walls painted white was really a good choice! I am sure you are inspiring your viewers to make changes in their homes with what they already own.
My house is always changing.. and my family love it . They always comment and tell me how much they enjoy our home . It’s pretty and homely and my family love that . They don’t care that it has fake flowers and white furniture . My son moved away for Navy and all he said he misses is the home and the comfort that it brings . It’s nice to spend time on things that bring joy . And my furniture has changed colours 3 times in 24 years thanks to my clever hubby . And it always works . And what a beautiful gift you have given your children! I had that growing up and my husband and I love going home (even he calls it home) now we are working as hard as we can to ensure that our 3 children have the same attachments to our little home.

You are right, there are SO MANY shades of white. We recently painted our master bedroom and my husband told me i could choose any color i wanted, andcwas stunned when I chose white. LOL. The white I chose is called Soft Chamois by Benjamin Moore. It is a golden white and i love it! It is a warm white and looks nice with the white trim and white sheers.

Oh beautiful Nikki, your videos always fill me with both joy and peace at the same time. With the world in the state it is I find I am drawn to watching and rewatching your videos over and over, so grounding and inspiring. 💖💖💖
Today, I took a shower. Not so unusual, you may think, but this one was. I had no appointments, so I had lots of time. It was 11.30am, and I deliberately waited so that, although my bathroom was lovely and bright and filled with light, the full on glare of the Sun had moved. I chose to use my normal shampoo and facial scrub, and added in L'Occitane almond body scrub and shower oil. I really took the time to wash, lathering everything up and inhaling the wonderful indulgence and freshness of almond and Apple blossom from the body products, the aloe in my shampoo and apricot in my facial scrub. I watched the light sparkling through the water, making the droplets crystalline. I stood under the warm water, the perfect temperature and let it play over my shoulders for a few moments, before getting out and into big, fluffy dusky pink towels. Elevating this simple daily habit to an indulgent routine of caring for myself was....blissful. I was so relaxed and happy afterwards, that I carried on the self care with lovely body products and a little snooze.
Love how bright the room looks now, it really is amazing at times to see just how a paint colour on the walls can completely change how a space looks and feels.

The wind is bringing the change in season for us here in Las Vegas. The last few days have given us a glimpse of the fresh autumn which we are anxiously expecting; although, It will still feel like summer for a few more days which will be a blessing for my homeschool family.

Your videos where you move everything around always make me smile, Nikki. I have always loved moving things around since I was a little girl. Somehow, it speaks of hope, doesn't it? I just painted my daughter's bedroom today. Tomorrow, we shop for a duvet cover & wall art. Then, we will switch some furniture around with her brother. I know this will create a happy space for her as she begins her second year of university, but on-line. My other daughter doesn't want her room changed. She may change her mind.😉 As a little gift, I'm going to buy them each a dollar store tray, an electric kettle, and various teas & cocoas, so they can make a hot drink while they study. I plan on repainting much of the house in the fall & early spring...1 room every 2 weeks. These kinds of projects are just so fun & give us something positive to look forward to. I love the wall color you chose. Very bright & sunny!

Fake flowers and plants, in my humble opinion, do have their time and place... a dim corner or a dark windowless room, but fresh cut flowers and real living plants are just so worth the effort!! The smell, the feel, the life they infuse!

This 18 minutes of calm and peaceful thoughts were such a nice break from the thoughts of sadness and concern over the losses that so many have suffered here so far this last week. Oh Nikki, I 💓💓💓💓 the Refresh in your home!! The White Walls REALLY brighten up the space! Did you paint the Buffet Table as well?? It's GORGEOUS!!! LOVE the New Livingroom set up! Just a few weeks ago, I did the same thing. I rearranged my livingroom. We live in a 650 sq ft apartment and I NEEDED a change! So I placed the couch against the wall (which I never had done after living here for 3 years) I added some Gold Gilded Mirrors and added a French Provincial Lingerie Dresser to the mix. With Pink Pumpkins and Flowers made Our Home feel alive!! My Husband LOVES all the Pops of Pink with the white & cream background 😊😊😊. It makes me so happy to be surrounded with things that I/we enjoy!! Thanks for your beautiful video 😊
