Hi , been catching up on your videos, I too got my interceptor in August of last year. Been doing it up to my tastes. Would you recommend the powertronic ecu over the fuel x system. I have added the 16 tooth front sprocket so the bike has become linear over the rev ranges in terms of power. I wish to enrich the feeling in the lower rev range as in the mountains when I hit the switch backs it feels like it’s needs a richer fuel map to hold refs well in the lower rev range
Are they still selling the Powertronic? I thought the Fuel X replaced it. Anyway, I don't think there is any advantage to getting the Powertronic over the Fuel X as the latter should provide the same functionality and more like the auto-tune. How well the auto-tune works, I'm not sure though. Do you have an aftermarket exhaust? From my experience, the difference from the Powertronic is more noticeable with an aftermarket exhaust as the included maps are tuned for that. With the stock exhaust the difference is more subtle. I should try and get a map from Race Dynamics to suit the stock exhaust and see if that's any better. Just haven't got around to doing that yet.
Awesome! Headed to your powertronics vlog now.
Very nice, bike looks great. Good job also on your video.
