My husband and I spent our honeymoon in the Poconos thirty-five years ago. We googled Pocono resorts this evening just to see what it was like there now. We discovered your CZcams channel and binge-watched all of your episodes. Y’all are hilarious!

We stayed at the Garden of Eden apple room on our Honeymoon 41 years ago! We roller skated, swam in our private room pool, had beautiful photos taken in the dining area by their photog named Candy. They had a big arcade then, we rode the golf cart, met other couples who just got married, we enjoyed the beautiful grounds, had fun with a game host named Honest Phil…all great memories! This was fun to watch. So nice that it’s still there, and still looks great!
You two give a perfect description of Pocono Resorts in Pa. My wife an I have been going to Pocono Palace & Cove Haven for about 7 years now, usually a couple times a year. It’s a very relaxing & romantic place to be. Entertainment & breakfast & dinner included. We are about 2 hours away & it’s far enough away from home. This place is the best couples only resort, everyone is very nice & always having fun.

I been to poconos palace and I loved it and we went in the mid October couldn't do much outside activities but we still had a great time and met some nice people.

One question I wish you asked the guy, is how well and detailed they clean EVERYTHING in the rooms😂😭 I get real skeeved out with even real nice hotel rooms. I’m going here soon and that’s the one big thing on my mind ESPECIALLY after watching this video.

I took a tour of all the resorts and ended up at paradise streamed in the room with the giant champagne pool tub.
Love your irreverent humor and vintage vibes. This seems like a great escape qnd right now we all need that.. Can you comment on any creepy, predatory swinger vibes (not judgy bad experience at a similar place. . .yes Florida). Also is it exclusively white? Would you say friends or family of color would be safe/ comfortable? LGBTQ friendly? I know its been said but your editing style is so awesome. Thank you for this wonderful series ❤❤❤
Thank you! They are LGBTQ-friendly! In our interview with Kyle (the rep for the resort) he made it clear that their stance is “love is love, and we pride ourselves on being a safe haven for all”. The other hotel guests also vary greatly in diversity and age in our experience. It did not have a “creepy” vibe at all when we’ve been there. Though there are some group games/activities (bingo, concerts etc) other guests seemed to be strictly there to have an experience with the partner they brought with them.

haha no worries! The first couple with the pink tub were from the Juliette Suite and then the larger heart pool and the champagne tub was from the Champagne Tower. Both were at Cove Haven!

Is there a personal photographer at Pocono Palace or only Cove haven?
I believe you can get an in room photographer at either one! I would just call the front desk and ask when booking to be sure, it also might just be certain days!

Great question! You probably couldn’t get away with it here since these rooms don’t have much in the way of ventilation, but some of them have porches!! If you’re looking for rooms you could smoke in you might be able to at Gallery Holiday Motel just a couple hours away 👀
