These bodybuilders preach that they're healthy and they exercise a ton - but so many have clogged arteries and massive health issues and die early. I LOVED Rich Piana and it sucked when he died. Rich was an ADMITTED steroid and drug abuser but I wish we would link the overly strenuous exercise with the heart problems. It's just not natural to eat ramen all day and pump weights the rest of the day. Hoping he recovers.

I had a heart attack at work and 100% believed I was going to die, I said a prayer and told my co-workers to tell my family I loved them. Thankfully I'm still here, take care of yourself Kali and use this experience to enjoy your life even more.

Leafy greens will help clear up more of the blockage.…and take some natural herbs for the kidney and heart. You have to clear out a lot of the excessive fluid build up(edema).

This hurt me seeing Kali muscle cry, him just lying there realising he has a second chance and talking about living for his twins choked me up big time. Been watching him for years I never though I would ever see Kali like this, but anyway I know Kali smart so he gone be grabbing this second chance of life with gusto! Blessings to your family. Never met you Kali but I had a similar deal in 1999 at age 55. Had a triple bypass. 78 now and I watch out what I eat. Low carbs-no sugar. I can tell you are a good person and I wish you good health and God Bless You.
