He has to bring something to the table other than his looks, personality & charm; his standards and worth should match hers or be better. Hence, the lyrics “Ain’t no such thing as broke and handsome.” The song is not encouraging women to sleep around or be thots; it’s saying the opposite. If she has sex with someone make sure he knows her worth and is worth it. She’s also saying find the one who can take care of her, not that she needs him to, just make sure he’s able to. This is why Nicki is the Queen or rap. She's one of the only MCs male or female that can hop from hardcore hip hop, trap, grunge, Crunk, Rn'b, pop, pop rock, house music, emotional ballads, reggae, reggaeton, socca, afro beats, dance hall, Techno, soul, EDM etc without skipping a beat, kill it and dominate on the charts with it. She's a crossover Queen across basically all genres. I can't name a SINGLE other rapper out right now that can do all of that (except maybe Drake). I know good and damn well Cardi could never, Kim could never, Remy sure as hell could never. And for that she is the Queen of Rap. Love her or hate her, you cannot deny her talent. In the pre-reaction era, I think it's disengenous to say she only appeals to minority females. Nicki built the empire she did, and has the massive fan base she does because she has global appeal. It's why she is currently the most successful female rapper of all time. Her appeal transcends so many demographics, it's actually pretty insane the way Nicki's music appeals to people. Black white, American, European, Latin, Asian, straight, gay, men women. It's why she's the Queen. Nobody's do e it the way Nicki has.
