    Wild horses are having their equipment cleaned by regular breeding. Geldings are not. They don’t need cleaned three times a year, but they need cleaned when really dirty. Maybe just find a more gentle cleanser. Or use plain warm water.

    I have seen horses without any shelter being kept outside day after day in the mud during severe rainstorms. Is that humaine?

      it’s more humane than being kept inside full time but they should have a shelter
