Most definitely it cuts out on one part of the story to a far after part and skips other particles of the story I could never play this game even if it was a birthday gift for me berserk and the band of the hawk just isn't the game for me.
Imo the PS2 game did It best, lots of love and Care put into It and It covers one of the best arcs almost perfectly, all that while also looking Very Nice and with a Fun gameplay

@@ydlkomorebe426 terrible animation and lack of detail.also it was directed by a guy who does girly comedy stuff so all the fast paced Jump cuts made combat hard to follow it’s really awful. the movies cgi had slightly better cgi but was actually well directed and should have been made like the movies if they really need cgi.another problem is that the intro is beautifully animated just to get sucker punched by the actual show there’s older cgi shows with better animation check out storm hawks league of super evil and dragon booster.berserk is a massive letdown between pacing style and action and It needs to be erased.
This could be such a good adaptation if they didn't take so long between scenes and cuts, or reactions, it's just like the Jakuza games.. But aside from that, this game is the best adaptation of everything post Femto.. In short I'm glad this game exists
The ps2 berserk game is something special. This one seems really good too tho. The dreamcast one is not as great but still enjoyable for a few playthroughs. I have the ps2 and dreamcast games but never played this one here before
The story and soundtrack from the Dreamcast game is much better. And the PS2 game has better gameplay and cutscenes. Best thing from this PS4 are the models and the characters you can play.
Ever since the anime and parts of the manga I read, I'm so used to Guts swinging his sword with build up and a big bang with it. Seeing him swing it like it's a one handed sword is so cool.
@@Archedgar He was a perfectionist who was willing to take his time to ensure his work would be deep enough and filled with rich symbolism to fully flesh out the story he wanted to tell and so impart a message that would inspire his readers(same as Togashi with Hunter X). Wish his "succesors" good luck finishing his work in his stead and may he rest in peace.
Actually this would have been a decent game if they didn't make it a Musou. You can create a lot of cool and satisfying mechanics with a character like Guts.
To be fair, Musou does fit how he functions during the later Arcs. It'd be cool to have big dingle boss fights and then a more focused approach during bossfights

Spoilers: Y'know, considering the "last" chapter of Berserk, I'm surprised Guts is trying to reach Griffith...in Berserker Armor, even when it was revealed Moonlight Boy, who saved Guts when Schiereke couldn't, was Griffith.
when griffith protect casca, its make me feel both anger and happy. happy because casca didnt get hit by flying rocks, and anger because griffith touch casca again
you could have a berzerk game that goes chapter by chapter, and all the fights could be on the same scale as the manga for example the 100 man fight, and zodd and silat etc could be bosses. at to that the gameplay, graphics and production levels of ghosts of tsushima and you would have an epic single player game.
