Pokemon Platinum Hardcore Nuzlocke But All My Pokemon Have Truant!

Truant is the worst ability in Pokemon, only allowing you to use a move every other turn. Usually only Slaking, an extremely powerful Pokemon, has this ability, but what if my entire team did? Can I beat a Pokemon Platinum Hardcore Nuzlocke if I can only attack every other turn? Let's find out!
Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1) Can only catch the first Pokemon encountered per route
2) Fainted Pokemon are considered dead and must be boxed or released
3) No items in battle (held items are okay)
4) No overleveling past the next Gym Leader's ace
5) Battle mode must be on "set"
