Post once a week for 3 months. The shadowban lifts after 3 months. Do not sign into any other accounts on that phone. They will shadowban them too. Use a new phone to your your content on a new backup account until the 3 months is up.

Hello there , for some reason I think there's a glitch with my account because my last 10 posts have only gone to people who follow me and not been pushed by tiktok at all , yet the ones before that averaged around 10k views (means more than my followers are seeing it) but all my new videos are not being pushed at all only my followers see them even tho all my settings are for anyone to see and for it to come up on people's fyp pages and for new viewers to find me any help?
On my old account before I was banned, I averaged 20k views and my highest was 4 mill. Now I can’t get it over 1000, my videos take off after posting and then get shut down right before hitting 1000

@@LaurenAlenia I believe I was shadow banned in July 2022. It took until January 2023 for me to get back to normal exposure.
Having said that I wasn’t posting as often so In short it’s not forever but it’s impossible to know how long, it seems rather random.

Before i got shadowbanned i maye like 100-300k likes a day and after my vids were taken down by: copyright. Then i got shadowbanned i only get like 200 views and nothing else.
