Eggless Coconut Cake BEST & EASY Recipe | How to Bake Soft and Moist Eggless Cake | Chef Kapil
Hey everyone! Welcome back to my channel. Today, we're going to be making an eggless coconut cake together. This recipe is perfect for all you coconut lovers out there!
Here's what you'll need:
THESE 2 steps to be done before starting with the cake batter-
1. Prepare a loaf cake Tin pan of 2 lb/ 1 Kg size - Grease with butter or oil and line with baking paper as shown in the video.
2. PREHEAT oven at 170C
Ingredients List :
2 cups / 260 gm flour( Maida )
1 tbsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Baking soda
100 gram Milk
1 tbsp Vinegar (Any) or lemon juice
Melted and cooled Butter 120 gm ( I have used lightly Salted , prefer unsalted and add a pinch of salt to dry ingredients )
Powdered or castor sugar 200 gm
100 gram Greek yogurt / Thick Curd
2 Tbsp Full Apple Sauce
1 tsp vanilla Extract
50 gm Desiccated Coconut
BAKE THE CAKE FOR 40 to 45 min or till toothpick inserted in the centre of cake comes out clean.
EGG SUBSTITUTES LIST :
1 Egg is equal to
1) 1 Tbsp heaped Apple sauce
2) 1 tbsp flax seed powder plus 3 tbsp hot water mixed and let it sit for 5 min - FLAX EGG
3) 1/2 mashed banana
4) 1/2 mashed Avocado
