Will the speed reduction module work with cars that have a remote? My son has a 6x6 ride on thats not power wheels and has a remote control. Is there any way to find out what ml upgrades will work with it?

No it won't. See the Upgrades By Vehicle section on the MLToys website for parts that will fit your ride.
