Yes you can take the photo on your phone and I recommend using after effects since that’s what I use an know best.

I feel like you could’ve rigged your rotoscoped self and had a much more natural movement

why my background and the subject move around too :3 do i need to cut the subject without background? i mask the subject d
Yeah you need to have your subject completely masked out and place on top of a clean plate of your background. Only apply the puppet pins to the masked out subject. I hope that helps clear things up.

I keep redo it again and again. is it ur clean cut with you in it or just an empty space?
Did you film a clean plate too? Meaning, your background without your subject in it? Once you mask out your subject, place it on top of the clean plate. The clean plate shouldn’t have any holes in the video. Only use the puppet pins on the subject.
