    The uninterrupted view of the sun's aura proves that the moon is either translucent or that this is not the moon.

      In reality this proves that the moon's angular size is smaller than the sun's angular size. This is because the moon was farther from the earth than when there is a total solar eclipse.

      That wasn't the Moon, we didn't see it approach or leave the Sun, that was something else

      @@lucky3d Sunlight, that can't even pass through a piece of cardboard, can't pass through the entire surface of the moon. It's one thing for the sunlight to be so intense that it warps around the moon to the point you can't see the outline of the moon, but that's not what's going on here. Good render though!

    Sun looks like it is rotating. We should see the moon approach or at least leaving the sun if it was actually the moon.

    so out of curiosity, where is the moon just before and right after the "eclipse" begins? how is it that its not clearly visible at any point before and after? if it creates a shadow directly in front of the sun, it should cast some shadow immediately before and after the eclipse. make that make sense please, i'll wait. . . .

      That's a magnetic effect. When the light is cancled out by a polarised field.

      @@KyleSmalltown-uy4fn The sky is brighter than the dark side of the Moon. Plus this video is manipulated: you can't see the Moon entering, you need solar filter but at that point the Sun is dimmer, the sky and the Moon are black.

      The video paused at peak coverage. This it done in the video editong software. In reality the moon moved at a consistent rate.

      Nope.
      It happened live on a new channel I watched also.
      In 2 x speed I counted 30 seconds for it to go from a large slither to totality, then it sat in totality for a count of 80 seconds, the took only 20 seconds to become a large slither again.
      Very strange phenomenon

      The moon exists, but it’s not what you have been told. The light is different then the sun, no sphere reflects light like it, and stars have been seen thru it.

      because , sun rays has higher intensity, you can try this with a torch in dark. torch is the sun, your finger is moon. in te dark your finger is oly visible you get it across the torch light. (the around area should be dark)

      @@aldindzamdzic5346 At normal speeds, the entirety of the event is about 2.5 hours. Totality, only about 4 minutes. What you're interpreting as the "moon suddenly stopping" is likely related to the "stopped-clock illusion". Essentially, due to the loss of visual cues during totality, you mistakenly conclude that the moon has "stopped moving" when it hasn't.
      The visual cues prior to (and after) that moment of solar eclipse totality would be the unblocked portion of the sun growing or shrinking, which are easier to see over time. Whereas the constant motion of the moon during totality is more difficult to discern within that 4 minute time period (roughly 2% of the entire event).

      I think moon reflects the sun light from its surface. during a solar eclipse we can see dark side( opposite side to the sun) of moon and after it.
      This is only my opinion.There are more simulations like this. hope you like the too.

      Because it’s not the moon that's covering the sun, it's something else. I even saw the moon in different direction during the solar eclipse few times before since grade school, even when I was young I always ask questions, I always observe and not just believe what other people say, even in school all of the images found in science books are all CGI images, just all artist renditions and not real images.

    Not remotely accurate, as the moon should be blocking the edge of the sun too. It's good to use proper reference material and understand the subject.
