Mutual fund ELSS fund is a good option for save tax under 80C. Just invest 150000 every years for three years. After three years you need nit save150000 for tax. Just reinvest and continue rest of your life. Only first 3 years investment.
To avoid tax, it is best to invest in ULIP
Tax on 15% and above returns will be much lesser compared to ULIP returns which will be in the range of 10-12%. You have maturity in ULIP, whereas mutual fund can be used for lifetime also and receive pension in the form of SWP
