Essential Fishing Equipment: In the Vest of World Champion Luboš Roza

Have you ever wondered what fishing gear the best anglers in the world carry with them on the water? We certainly have. Well, World Champion Angler and Fulling Mill Signature Tyer Luboš Roza has kindly answered that for us. In this video he goes through the essential fishing equipment he takes with him, all neatly packed in his vest. Things like flies, floatant, tippet and extra gear are all covered. Above all else Luboš believes in his tactics, his flies and himself. As a result, he keeps things simple on the water. With a track record like his, we can all clearly learn a thing (or 12) from him!
If you don't yet know him, Luboš Roza is one of the most talented fly anglers in the word. He's a two time Youth Fly Fishing World Champion, and holds the record for the youngest person ever to win an Adult European Championship at age 20. In 2014, he also became a World Champion, winning in the Czech Republic. He is also an excellent fly tyer, and fly designer. He is a true master of his craft. Probably in a duffel left on the bank. I use a fishpond waterproof lumbar as my duffle, use the sling when I'm moving spots, drop it at the next area. Fish a bit, come back for a break, etc.

The Patagonia vest is a good alternative, similar pocket setup. I have the orvis ultralight vest, it's comparable. Just wish it was more breathable
