Spending time with God doesn't have to look the same everyday, just needs to be consistent. Didnt know there was Christian meditation I've always thought just of new age meditation which i used to do. So would that be a good idea to try to put back in my routine as long as its a Christian meditation??
Yupp, Christian meditation is meditating on the word of God. The new age didn’t invent meditation they perverted it. When you meditate as a believer you are setting your focus on Jesus and His word not emptying your mind.
