Go to Settings -> System -> Sound -> Related setting (it's at the bottom) -> Sound control panel and then go to Sounds.
Now just select the sound you'd like to change and at the bottom you will be able to select a sound or you click on "Browse..." and select the sound you have saved as a .wav there.
