- This is my very first Good Omens Crack video. As you can see, it has not the best quality, but I made It to entertain you :D
I hope you like it and smiled at least a bit. Also this is my first video in english, so hopefully my english is fine lol.

Fun Fact: Aziraphale learned the dance Gavotte (this is mentioned in season one).
The final step of Gavotte is to kiss your partner. This explains why he was upset when the Gavotte went out of fashion. I imagine he learnt it in the hopes that one day he might convince Crowley to dance it with him. But by the time he was brave enough to ask Crowley to come to the discreet gentlemen’s club, he couldn’t because nobody danced it anymore.
Aziraphale had waited over a hundred years, waiting for the right opportunity, to ask Crowley to dance with him.

I used to think Crowley had fallen for Aziraphale first. But now that we’ve seen how they first met, when they were both angels. I understand Aziraphale fell for Crowley first, but Crowley fell harder.

Fun fact: you're right! The song wasn't meant to be in the show, but David wanted to sing it because he thought it would've been a great idea (and it was). At the time in which that scene is set, the song had not yet been written, so the director cheerfully decided to consider it a momentary invention of Crowley due to drunkenness. I wish I was able to write good songs as that when drunk. I also wish I was able to get drunk with laudanum.
David has been known to do that. Doctor Who in Family of blood he makes it up for 5 minutes.

The car is as yellow as Bessie in Doctor Who - and becomes as sentient as his TARDIS ... so there is a connection between owner and vehicle. (like pet & master)

Id like Aziraphale to elaborate the "Plenty of use out of it" moment 1:25 like. We know they didnt... do anything like kissing cause that kiss was clearly the first one...probably..most likely... unless they just mean, we got drunk, talked about dolphins, undressed and counted each others nipples but nothing that would require actual ... romance... we all are thinking something about "DID THEY F***?!" but it makes no sense really... does it...? Still.. WHAT PLENTY OF USE! WHAT DID CROWLEY USE IT FOR AHHH...he just use it to sleep, shower, watch the angel eat, slither around? What!

The more I think about it the more I think the Metatron knew about or at least had an inkling about Gabriel and Beelzebub and the comment about a systematic or administrative problem wasn't about the original fall but about angels and demons falling in love like Crowley and Aziraphale (whether they knew it or not or acknowledged it). One is a fluke, two is the begginings of a pattern. If he splits one couple up maybe the ripple effect isn't so big. Maybe angels and demons don't start questioning the point of it all if two lots of them have not only found peace but love and happiness with each other. That and 25 Lazari worth of power when they were just trying to do half a miracle each together..

This is a great video! Thanks for sharing it. The Aziraphale+Crowley relationship has been wonderful to observe from Season 1 to Season 2. My heart broke at the final episode; and I am hopeful that a Season 3 will bring about an opportunity for everyone's favorite angel pair to come together once more.
A favorite aspect of Season 2 was being able to witness Aziraphale and Crowley's interactions throughout history. This was a feature in Season 1 of course; but it was magnified in the second and really shed light on how their knowing each other and coming to care deeply - though each in his own way - one for the other.
One question came to mind in re-watching the beginning of Season 2 and comparing it to Season 1: How is it that Aziraphale did not recognize Crowley by the time both had gotten to the Garden of Eden ("Crawley" had to introduce himself)? And also I noticed that at the beginning of Season 2 - which shows "Before the Beginning" - we learn Aziraphale's name; but are not given a name for the angel who would be come Crawley/Crowley.
I loved how Crowley had such a significant role in the creation of light "Before the Beginning" and that we are given an explanaiton of sorts into his personality. He is not so much an evil being but just one who was not afraid to question the status quo - unlike Aziraphale who is more apt to be accepting and trusting ... a part of his charm no doubt.
Hopefully a continuation of this wonderful show in a third season (or more) will shed light on these and other open questions.
