      And yes i always imagined the world so great when i was a kid. Im still quite young but seeing what is going on right now is really sad. Forced to wear masks and do those "tests", maybe also forced to vaccine later...gonna leave my land soon probably.

    Great knife, great skills. I can just never figure out why people baton a 2 foot long log and then start making their feather sticks 6 inches from the bottom. I used to do it like that until I watched a few old Mors Kochanski vids. Start as far up as you can, you’ll get more curls which obviously equals more surface area to catch a spark.

    • @vgabond3096
      @vgabond3096  Před 3 lety +3

      Moi je choisirais plutôt l'apocalypse! Parce que la longueur de lame est grande, pour fendre des grosses bûches c'est pratique! L'Apocalypse est aussi lourd (425g), c'est parfait pour les coupes à la volée (3min30sec) c'est une vraie machette! Pour la cuisine la lame est épaisse c'est moins pratique mais c'est un coup à prendre, largement faisable comme tu vois sur la vidéo. En plus la longueur de la lame est pratique pour tailler les gros légumes. L'écart de prix entre les deux est de 130€, donc si c'était à refaire je prendrai directement l'Apocalypse! Comme couteau de camp il est beaucoup plus adapté je pense... À toi de voir si tu veux un couteau lourd ou léger...

    I own myself a TRC Apocalypse and in Germany we have the same problem with carrying knives around as in France. The locking idea looks nice and I wanted to ask you how did you place the lock on the sheath so you can’t take it out without a key?
    If I‘d simply drill a hole in the sheath and put a lock on it there would be still enough space so the knife would slip through.

    • @vgabond3096
      @vgabond3096  Před 3 lety +1
