      I added them to the blog post for you for the heart but the letters are something you have to make yourself or you can buy a large carboard letter from the craft store to use as a template :)

    Hi. You said that gelatin has to be 80 degrees before adding to the cream. If I don’t have a good thermometer how can I tell when is good to add it? It’s warm, room temperature or cold?? Hope you can answer me. Thank you. Great tutorial 👍

      Your body is about 98 degrees so if the gelatin is still liquid but feels slightly cooler than your body temp it's ready. if it's hot dont add it

    I want to make this for a charity dessert auction...I know it should be refrigerated but would it be okay to sit out at an auction without ruining....?

      Yes it can sit out for up to 4 hours because of the whipped cream

      you can try buttercream as that stays for longer time infact even for a day or two and since its winter around the world that should work.
