Sorry, but I want some word of advice. So, I have full Sena and Lantern, but not Thelema. Should I skip Thelema for Songque or it’s better to get Thelema?
It depends on what you need more and what you like more, if you need more an ice Valk over a Phys one, go for Thelema, but if not, go for Songque.
In my case since I have HoH:Ego full gear and still doing good numbers I would go for Songque since I don't really have a good Phys DPS.

SQ has [convert excess crit rate into crit damage] while Sera has [convert excess crit damage into crit rate]. Without Lantern and Sena you're going to miss the mark on crit rate if you don't pull Sera.

@randomguy9002 that's not true though. She gives 10% tdm 60% phys 25% phys taken, and another 30% tdm in burst, plus some more TDM buffs for consuming her SP. Sure the breach is useless but she always had phys boost too

But you'll have to pull Serapeum. Songque only has half the Crit Conversion combo HoRB has: the part that turns excess crit RATE into DAMAGE, so without Sera (who turns excess DAMAGE into Rate until 100%) Sena+Thel are subject to crit RNG like any phys team without HoRB
If you'll notice, the "damage tests" numbers Marisa showed use SS Serapeum, who ensures Songque will always crit due to topping off her crit rate.

Can you give me advise, I have a Thelema without her weapon, should I pull her weapon or go with a crafted one and pull Songque? I have 0 physical dd, but Songque's rerun will be fast, so I can save up for it. How much worse are Thelema's craft weapons than her signature weapon? Personally, I'm now leaning towards the idea of pulling Songque to have a physical dd and pull Thelema weapon on rerun

Elemental opponents can be defeated by another element after all. But physical usually reduces the damage of all elemental characters, this inclines me to the idea of pulling Songque, but I'm not sure how much weaker the crafted weapons are and when the Thelema rerun will be

Thelemas utility is heavily locked behind her weapon, as for sonque we are sure yet. Also when it comes to breaking the barrier, it's always better do this sooner than later since low brackets in abyss still give more than before and you can get crystals for SSS bosses. The gap between weapon and no weapon is huge for Thelema and there's a spending event next patch, but I'd wait until more songque info is released

not having gear in Q-Manifold is manageable. and its not like doing 850+pts net you anything more other than overflowing dkey stones. different story on Exalted/Nirvana
i made a 30 day lvl80 EU alt during 7.3-4 and the endgame before Breaktrough was cakewalk with just Sena Trio *_even without signature_* on Q-Manif, Mirage, Raid, ER. only problem i had was on MA where i clearly dont have enough characters
if you intend to Breakthrough just make sure you have enough equipment (if you're missing some), materials, and time because it would be a slog if you cant keep up
my main never did Breakthrough and honestly i probably never really intend to Breakthrough unless i spend (im F2P). not much of a competitive guy, and sometimes busy so Honkai Schedule would make it too packed therefore i cannot keep up. i still enjoy the game especially in ER which is always fun
to answer the original question im pretty sure difference between sig / no sig is around: 100% / 80% (for Lantern DPS - Thelema Support)

I was hoping the same because I love Seele, but unless Songque stigma effect specifies "impair when unimpaired", her 50% impair will replace Seele's 75% impair.
She also seems to be very reliant on Stellar Outburst to deal damage, so that's another issue
Maybe you could try putting another stigma set on Songque or only 2 pieces, but I fear it may be suboptimal

Probably because if they don’t use Spear weapon type, they won’t need think about how the weapon will be see in other characters.

Hello all Captain, a junior captain here. I want to ask, I have Sena and Lantern, full gear each. Should I go for songque? (If so, then i will wait for sera rerun, as i don't have confidence to go for both of them). I'm not really trying to get a specific element type, as I currently still playing casual and I would call myself a new player. Any thought is fine, 'cause I confused :)
Having thelema is better, and having sera in the songque team is even better, because you will have 100% crit

Everything is good except she has a suck QTE dmg/animation and her [Golden state] Enhanced combo attack dmg is lower than her Enhanced Basic Attack.
Depending on situation, its better to just skip her [Golden state] Enhanced combo attack, by directly activate the Ultimate to end the Stellar Outburst early to refund some AR meter for next sequence run.😎
ps: Songque - Jovial Deception: Shadowdimmer (JDS) gameplay is very easy to understand than Lantern - Shadowchaser.

after Herscher trio got powercrept, i was always welcomed to come back if its cheaper to build chars..
Is it a great time?
It’s cheaper to build individual characters but all the new characters have been wanting the last 2 new characters to be good making team building expensive. Assuming you are unlucky that’s like 150(?) pulls per character+weapon each patch. It’s harder to keep up with since they don’t give you breaks anymore or at least somewhat skippable valks since part 2 valks have powercrept part 1 valks pretty hard. I would say Lantern has been the most skippable part 2 valk since she was a minor increase over Coralie for Thelema as a support but now she might be a BiS support for the new Songque. I just hope Lantern support isn’t that much better than Sena support for her so I can actually catch a break this patch.
