  • We are back working on the G scale sci - fi layout! In this video we are going to work on the newest section and we are going to give it a Star Wars Galaxy's Edge look and feel to it. We will use some everyday objects and I will show you how to paint and weather them. I will also show you some new tips and techniques that can be used in any scale.
Hope you enjoy the video and happy modeling everyone!!!

Jason, the 11 year old Sci Fi nerd in me is going nuts. Great build. I can imagine when you go shopping anywhere, you are constantly looking at things with a modelers eye. So funny. Your wife’s gonna be mad that you broke apart her expensive Dyson vacuum cleaner. Lol. But……,the parts were just too good not to, right? I would love to see you turn that old Star Wars ship into a train. That would be a great build. Thanks for another wonderful video. See ya next time.

Jason just watched it again. On the door, maybe light weathering it would make a good contrast to the heavy weathered building. Possible back story the door was just replaced. You could add a damaged door to the junk pile with some blaster holes in it. You know how it is once the wheels start turning all kinds ideas pop up. Have a good one. Love the dio.

This SiFi build is amazing. Your collection of figures and other fighters needed a place to show them off. A collection in a box behind plastic is a waste of space. What you are doing is giving them a way to be admired. Again and again you show do for , I'm sure that vacuum was not working when you took it apart. As the two guys in Trading Places say at the end of the movie, " Looking good Billy Ray, Feeling good Louis!!" I will bet you your followers say the same after your Video.
