What's funny about Sable is that her father led a resistance in Eastern Europe during the German Occupation, but Sable's Paramilitary Force is technically doing the same thing the Germans did.
I literally went over every outpost just because I saw a sable agent almost dislocated someone’s shoulder and broke another guys nose😅
If you wanna beat sable agents first to last: machines on the cars, jetpacks, bazookas, pistols and least the ones unarmed

I love how Spider-Man takes away those Sable guys their weapons and threw them back to them. But I love way more when he tears appart a turret from a vehicule to threw it at someone. I bet if it wasn't for those armors they wear, the impact from a turret threw back at them would kill them.
When i finished the main story, the agents are so aggressive and has really leathel equipment and also really aromerd so almost all the toys does not affect them

In order to do a yank down, hold square to punch up and then hold triangle to slam into the ground. You must be on the ground when you hold triangle.
The Upper West Side one was the first one I went to as well. I had finished without completing some of the bonus objectives and was thinking it would be good to see this in I decided to one day try again with making them.

Can't you get there armor off so you can beat then faster
Use concussive blasts or beat them into a wall or any object so they loose the armor. You can also slam them to the ground or throw objects at the soldiers.
You are not that good on stealth are you🙂.
