Great tutorial! Transitioning from Camtasia to PP, and this is one of the best I've seen yet. Easy to follow at a good pace. And already learned two new skills - the easy way to add a drop shadow, plus making the lower third editable so you can stretch it without affecting the effects.

Just found a solution for this problem, maybe it can be still useful to someone else:
You need to change the Shutter Angle on the text layer under the Transform Effect from 0 to at least 1.
