- This is a new and improved setup over my old video. It includes Quiver/ZCB/Masori helm

Random tips:
Gear:
- Fally shield optional (I didn't use it this run)
- If you need to drop a switch I'd recommend Masori helm/tassets/torva legs and camping Masori chaps.
- Masori helm now gives max hits with quiver and ammy arrows. if you're tight for prayer you can drop it.
- If you don't have a VW or ZCB, I'd bring Ultor ring as a switch. Camping Ultor at Baba/Kephri is real good (camp spec ring if you miss both BGS at baba). The ultor is also great for orb phase Akkha/P1 warden/P2 Cores/BGSing in general.
Baba:
- Puzzle room: Turn off protection prayers to save prayer. Piety needs to be on to OHKO greens without switching.
- VW spec at the top followed by a normal auto (stab) to maximize ticks. I didn't do it here because I missed all BGS specs. If you still haven't hit a BGS by 33%, send VW spec instead.
Kephri
- Cast death charge around 60% on first down (instead of casting it right away). Sometimes your DPS on first ranger is too slow and you waste your first death charge.
- Ranger trap saves quite a bit of time especially if you don't have shadow to kill melee
- If you have claws and no VW: fang spec just once at the start. When ranger comes out double claw it so you can get on swarms asap
Akkha:
- Sang into VW spec at the start
- Don't butterfly with a sang/trident unless you have to, too much dps loss
- Camp 50%+ spec and be ready to keris when needed, bp spec shadows when close to 100%. I found BPing shadows and keeping hp high was better than VWing boss
- Between sang heals and BP specs you should only need to keris spec 1-2 times depending on how orb phase goes.
Zebak:
- Can BP spec jugs for full heal if needed.
- If you have claws or VW, you can blue pot towards the end and send the rest of your specs. The blue pot runs over to Warden. Be careful doing this at higher Zebak levels (2-3). Sometimes you will noodle and you won't have adrenaline running towards the end of P1 Warden.
Warden P1:
- Take life for the 2 prayer potions (Note: you can't use ambrosia)
- Turn on Rapid heal and use blue pot before starting fight.
- Tank orbs until 75 hp, the rapid heal will take you to 76
- You can spec 3 times maxiumum between BGS/VW/Claws. The rest you need to save for keris specs. DO NOT ZCB with this strategy. ZCB will bring your HP below 76. ZCB doesn't work properly if you have 1HP.
===== Rapid Heal Tick Eat Mini Guide ====
You will essentially use Warden's HP as a tick-counter. Use 'Monster HP Percentage' plugin and type in 'elidinis' warden' 23:37
1. Get to 76 HP
2. Zoom out and look at Warden's HP percentage. Turn on Rapid Heal at 48% Warden HP.
3. Tank the 1st orb (Rapid Heal will tick-eat this).
4. Use Yellow keris spec at 96% Warden HP. Make sure you have enough prayer and yellow keris equipped. This will tick-eat as you tank the 1 damage.
I'd recommend marking a tile and writing 48/96 so you remember the numbers.
Warden P2:
- With my gear + VW, I need to do one BGS spec to get a 3 down. I'd recommend doing this on the 3rd core (incase you need keris earlier in phase). I only BGSed on 2nd down because I was at 100% spec. You can use: ulia.dev/rs/cdc/ to check if you got a 3 down
- If you don't have VW and bring rapier instead, you should get a 3 down with normal BGS whacks
- Keris spec anytime under 40hp. You should have plenty of prayer, no need to be greedy
Warden P3/P4
- You want around 3-4 ppots going into P3 to be comfortable. If you have less you can always lazy flick P3.
- Save blue pot for enrage phase. Between BGS/VW/Claws you can spec 2-3 times depending on how comfortable you are with enrage. Save rest of spec for keris heals
- ZCB owners can blue pot and spec once between 20-25% HP. You should have around 90% spec at the start of enrage. Send 1-2 ZCB specs and rest on keris specs.

can definitely do this without zcb and masori helm. ull have more prayer. ideally have a vw for specs instead
ive been liking double vw spec the spitting scarab, can swarm better. sometimes you two shot it. can fang spec to start fight. dunno if its actually better but feels good.

How did you tank the 1st ball from second orb set without tick eating and on 1hp on p1 Wardens? My regular runs are 415’s in wayyy less gear, but my point is, how the hell did that even happen? That’s not possible to take 1 aa are from an orb unless you’re tick eating it which you didn’t do.
It’s the tick regen method, the hp regens after the damage of the orb is calculated. Its why he’s turning rapid heal on/off at specific timings
if you check the description i explain it more clearly. you have to turn rapid heal on a specific tick, this will tick-eat the first ball
