@@Dijits I already understood that, and it's the same thing I was saying - if you activate a prayer while another is left active, the prayer drain is full for the duration that second prayer is active, even if it's just one tick. At the part I timestamped they deactivate and then reactive rigour on *every* tick (i.e. what's usually referred to as "1-tick flicking"). They were likely doing it because they thought it didn't use prayer, the same way as if they had just 1-tick flicked rigour by itself, but in this specific case it had the same amount of drain each tick as if they had just left it active. They weren't just activating rigour on the ticks they attacked, like you're saying, but on every tick.
@@jayespin lazy flicking will work, you will lose prayer from mage pray every tick and only lose prayer from rigour every other tick. only one-tick flicking requires you to flick all of your prayers simultaneously
Sorry if this is a really dumb or obvious question, but at 2:15 you were able to yellow click THROUGH the Shadow like you had no attack options on, but then when you finished the walk, you were able to hover and left click attack. Is this a keybind or a plugin? I'd love to be able to use this as there are many time where I want to walk under something but right click walker here is too slow. Thanks! Great vid!

That would be super neat to learn, as with my gear sometimes I'm unable to kill the phantom quick enough with double trouble + feeling special. How did you do that? Is it really as simple as walking diagonal on the same tick as their attack?
You stand two tiles away(towards the center) from the tile he stands on to start his skip then when the shadows ram their spear into the ground click tile he stands on and you'll skip the dps check damage. Stand 2 tiles away from the marked tiles at N,E, S, W and when your fail the dps check and shadow stabs their spear into the ground you click the marked tile it will skip
are you really able to do the the other 3 paths + warden with almost half the time remaining? Seems like this takes up a ton of those 25 minutes, but maybe everything else is super quick in bis.
ahh you need to skip the shadow's attack if you dont do enough dps. Click 1 tile inside when they are about to attack and when spears glow blue step back to safe spot to skip their attack
notice at 6:40 the shadows are about to slam so I stepped out to be ready to dodge Akkha phased 1 tick before shadow slam so I stepped back onto the starting tile. I skipped the attacks and then afterwards I stepped inside before the shadow slam and outside when the spear glows blue.

This method is more braindead tho. This method you do the same thing every time. Normal method you have to memorize, and also avoid the spheres the whole time
You have to start on the marked tile (or any “outside tile”) I’m not doing bf because when the special starts, I’m already where I need to be instead of needing to think about safely pathing where I need to go with orbs. This is what makes it brain dead: you tank some damage, but you dont worry pathing through orbs during simon says.
You can flick from melee to the correct style and protect from both. It does chip you a bit more but could be worth if you’re pack yacking prayer. Or you could be better than me and just butterfly.
So instead of actually thinking and trying to path correcting during quadrants, I just stand on a specific tile and tank Akkha. If I try to butterfly I’ll end up ragging that tile and kill myself, so I try to just stay put and face tank. When he does quadrants I start zigzagging, the timing is as soon as you see the last quadrant light up you start walking and click 1 square every tick. The quadrant attack hits the inside of the arena first. My first step towards the middle pulls me out of danger, then the next step goes back to the outside once again putting me out of danger. The timing works out so that I zig zag in between the dangerous tiles just by clicking once per tick. It’s a lot easier than it looks.
The precise movement he's making is "walking" over the tiles avoiding the damage from the shockwave attack. The same can be done to "jump" over the wardens slam attack during p3 and the waves during Zebak. It's similar to the mechanic that allows us to jump over the ground lasers during p2 warden.
A little note for cum phase. Since damage is capped at 25, praying mage is pointless at this invo.

Shift click! Hold shift to be able to yellow click through NPCs, helps a lot with bfly/redx

I just put on random invocations so that I could practice a leveled up 500 akkha. You’ll notice in my actual run that I don’t have any timer on.

They’re both tick perfect actions. Not that busted imo. Enables you to push higher invos with worse gear as long as you can play well.
