Honestly, I'm interesting on what will happen if EK playing any one of the game with left hand only As I'm always getting miss/bad on the game (cytus 2, voez, arcaea etc.) when a bunch of notes goes to left, and get perfect for the same pattern when it goes to right. Note: Most of the time I'm the thumb player
Thumb is just hard as it is. Playing with index give you finger advantage, range to reach and your device wont shake at all. i played both index and thumb playstyle on multiple rhythm games, and trust me, the gap within thumb and index is large.
I usually use thumb like a lot and some people say mostly play rythym game with thumb is hard, so i change my playing style and it's actually alot easier.

Practice. Master the rhythm and hope for the best. But he's good.
I think both good hand and eyes coordination. Memorization sometimes also help.

Im right handed but when i need to tap notes with right hand mostly will be miss. Because im thinking too fast😂
