Most of these types of takes are being said about Caucasian players. They extend to takes that are said about players like bird, Stockton, and others as well so it’s not just foreigners. Does he receive hate...yes, but I don't think anyone actually HATES the guy. Most of the analysts will say he is phenomenal but MVPs historically go to people who haven't won one if the race is that close. I think this us Luka's year. I don't think anyone has a chance to pass Jordan. Ten scoring titles, 9 first team defensive selections, 6 titles, 6 finals MVPs.
