If I have a list created by a 3rd party platform that I used to create an audience in Google Ads, would CPM be the best bidding strategy due to the fact that I have al ready vetted that list? I'd like everyone in my list to see my ad, and hopefully click and convert, but the CMP bid strategy seems to make the most sense in this case. Is that correct?

At Bidding, it's asking me to enter an amount for my Target CPM Bid but I don't know how to calculate that. How do I know what amount to bid for? I have an e-commerce in the fitness gears industry. Please let me know how I can do that. Thanks!
no, even the example made me confused but the cost can vary, because in the example if said that the cost is 10$ but the cost can change to 20 or 5$ and also impression numbers can also change, like 23000 or 15000 or any number

The formula of CPM is wrong. The formula is CPM=Total Cost/(No. of impressions*1000)
