Hey man! Glad to see you moving along to other flashlight brands out there! This is the right way for your channel to grow. Now i totally agree with ya here. The short body makes no sense to me as usually how long a flashlight is doesn't gets in the way of carrying it, width does though. That's why the edc27 from Nitecore is one of best edc form factors along with the 14500 and 10440 size lights. I was a hardcore edc type of guy myself and I've been to the rabbit hole of finding the perfect edc light and now i am on the hunt for the best edc/tactical light cause a purely tactical light without edc characteristics doesn't make sense to even carry it with you in the first place, especially for everyday. Best edc I've ever found in my long search is the Emisar D2 with the w1 led on one channel and the sst20 4000k on tge other. The only caveat is the Anduril 2 firmware in it which is complicated for the masses out there. But if setted up right and used by Anduril type of guys then it's hands down the best 14500 edc light ever made period. There's though another proposition for you to take a look at that i believe it will certainly get you interested... I got mine in an offer for just 12 euros which is an insane price for my most used and favourite 14500 edc/tac light. It's the Trustfire L2. The greatest ui you'll ever see, forward clicky, unscrew the head just a tad and you got with a half press a very useful everyday low mode, press again and you get to turbo. Screw the head all the way in and you got yourself just one mode, Turbo only. It has a striking bezel as well but the light's length is too small to be any useful, maybe just to inflict some pain. 1000 lumen output! To me to be honest looks more than that, the output is truly impressive when i turn that tiny monster On. It gives me that wow feeling i get when i turn on my sbt90.2 lights, so impressive. I use an Acebeam 14500 type-c cell in it so i don't have to carry my charger with me. Awesome little fella, a bit wide of a beam for your tasting but plenty bright, and I'm pretty sure it will also blind someone from up close to serve as a tactical light. I hope i got you interested and maybe make a review on it in the future! I'll swap an Osram w1 in mine one day to make it a thrower. Check it out! You'll love it!
Have both. Doesn't compare. You can't use this one on turbo really. It gets too hot too quick. And there's a killer issue with it which is there is a very annoying delay between clicking the button and it turning on.

nice for my sydney esk8 riders but doesn't last long enough for our hours of night rides.
