Once the drift season is over (I know it never really ends in FL) you should do a complete tear down of the 240 to a bare rolling shell and fix all of the little issues that have built up over time.

If it never started spooling until 4500 rpms before and the only change you made to the turbo system was welding that cracked manifold... just imagine how long that thing must have been broken.

That would mean that the manifold was broken to began with and there's no way that's possible. The wastegate would of fallen off a long time ago.

For the axle bolts, you could get extra long ones and jam a nut against the axle, so they cannot come loose.

Like I started following you just before you got the S13 and if it goes, there's no reason to stay anymore. I think most of your fanbase would agree it is definitely the soul of your channel, its been through so much.

3:26 That`s why I like poly or even rubber in places like that, loses some control and precision but gains reliability (seat time).
Sleeving it will only transfer that shock elsewhere (you`ll find out soon enough).

Use the speed tie technique, drill some small holes and used stainless steel wire to tie them together to stop them from getting loose, for the axel bolts
Use fabric softer in the coolant it help the coolant system and dont have to worry about if u have a coolant spill its only fabric softener

I use vibra -tite as a threadlocker Adam and it seems to work really well for me you should try it out
Heads up with the GKTech Tie rods. They're notorious for randomly breaking at the neck right before the heim joint, where it gets skinny. Not sure if they've addressed that issue yet, so you may want to reinforce them.

I feel like Adam is low-key getting involved with the competition world of drifting so he can maintain the whole "Drifting for fun" attitude and still perform well. Adam, I don't know if you're casually playing with the idea but look at Ryan Tuerck... had he not released his S13 videos he wouldn't be where he was today.... TWO off-season videos and he's like the Ken Block of drifting. You have 2,000,000 Subs. WHEN you get into FD or Pro2, your fans will be like the fucking Raiders. If you think about it in a business point of view, it would almost be stupid not to go to FD or Pro2.

use hi temp silicone permetex on bolts we use tha on drive shafts on semis and they don't come loose

hey adam ik u said no to moulding on the over fenders but what about putting bondo over the riv nuts like Trevor s14? (motionautotv) also its a shame that none makes metal rear quarter planes for the s13 etc like they do for the classic cars like mustangs etc. also maybe go wisefab on the s13? :D

Adam for the Z u should tear down the VQ, replace all gaskets n seals, n slap on some bigger injectors sum cams n a single turbo kit since u get free turbos from Garrett. Just have alberto make the piping n some cx racing manifolds
