I'm seeing a couple of problems with this pattern because my boy doesn't like anything around his belly near his junk. So I will modify the width of the main piece, about an inch narrower. Also he has a collapsed trachea, so I will modify the front because it looks like too much pressure on the neck. I am changing the angle so that it moves that pressure down towards his chest. Otherwise, I am liking this. I will give it a try and come back with my comments as to whether it is working for my Lalo or not. Si no funciona, voy a intentar de nuevo. Así aprendemos, ¿no?

You can measure the belly/chest of your doggie and that's the horizontal extensions (add 1 1/4" for overlap) and measure the neck, but from the spine and all around. This is for the angular. If you have further questions please let me know.

Lol! My dog got excited when he saw another dog and popped straight out of his harness - definitely need a buckle to keep him safe. Luckily someone caught him so we got him back!

Yes! I used cotton interfacing. Its mostly used for prom gowns to give more shape and structure!

I would be scared putting this on my dog as if it unvalco then the harness can come off i would but a clip also it i know it wouldn't come off
Yes. You can use a buckle with straps. Very secure!

So I followed to the T, when I sewed everything together my interfacing on the outside … so annoying
Unstitched and re sowed. Now how to reinforce the bottom, instead of using that fastener.
