Everytime me , my mom and my brother watch this episode we realize that El Blanco wasn't trying to attack them, he was trying to ask them for help, maybe that's just me but that's what I think was happening in this scene
“If you shoot that Graboid I will slap you with a $50,000 fine”

I have always suspected that Burt was born into an extremely wealthy family. How else could he afford all of his equipment without any having any employment. A $50,000 fine is no threat to him.

@@josephhicks6445 - That and he clearly doesn’t have a job. Tremors 4 revealed his ancestors ran a mining company but lost all their money, so how Burt got rich again, I don’t know.

Burt's pet graboid is too cool and funny of a idea to not comeback in a future movie or seris. Perhaps we could see that graboid vs shreiker fight we saw teased in tremors 3

Nope this is the series in which if I recall correctly Burt can't shoot the worm because the worm, being an endangered species (and infertile) is preventing the valley from being taken over by developers or something like that.
