08:25 made me truly realize that Milo is not a replacement, but the extension of FF. Well done brother
Had the same thought. He fits like the right puzzle piece.
OH MY GOD YES! YES! I AM TOTALLY TAKED BY GOOSEBUMPS HERE!
The vocalist must be a true fan. He has the Obsolete cover tattoo 🫡
A well-aged tattoo, at that.
Milo got a Fear factory tattoo too. What a poser. What did he win the biggest fear factory fan award?
Fuck. I was pissed with the whole Burton story, I love the guy but now it's hard to deny that this guy does a really great job here. Props to him.
And he's a great dude .)
Totally agreed mate.
When I was headbanging to this in the 90's, I coudn't realize that I would be here in 2024 just like my father was listening to Deep Purple !
I'm 40 and getting there with Pantera!
And the cycle continues.
I saw this in my feed and was like !!!! Also love what Deep Purple is doing! (And Pantera, of course!) A collaboration I've always wanted though - Imagine if Tool and Fear Factory did something...
Deep Purple is a great classic hard rock band, so is early Rainbow. One of the British bands that were the precursor to Metal and what it evolved into. Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, The Who and many other British Hard Rock Bands of the 70s were the nucleus of heavy metal. Many American 70s classic rock bands contributed to Metal as well. Boston, Kansas, Lynyrd Skynyrd and early 70s Aerosmith are just a few out of many more I can think of.
I'm 45 and still bang to this peak metal

The ''new'' singer is so good, That's the job of a new singer replacing someone with a unique vocal, He has to sound like him. It's crucial and he does a great job. Props to the drummer too, this shit must be really tough to play
It's not tough to play by any means from an ability standpoint, the issue is Burton/Raymond both had a very distinguished sound, being able to capture that sound without sounding like a cover band is almost impossible.
Right now Milo & Webber are checking all the boxes while having their own little flare. Dino pulled one out of his ass for sure with these 2. Truly impressive that FF right now, is FF with only one original member.
BTW the drummer is from the band Havok
@@blacksoul1 Yeah i know, he's good ! I'm listening to Mechanize right now, Killer album with the legendary Gene Hoglan
this band looks fake to me
Id love to know what creative space Dino was in with Ray & Burton when they wrote Zero Signal. Holy fuck what a masterpiece song.
Zero Signal = FATALITY 👊🦾
Did you know they even used the Fatality vocal sample during the 90s live on stage as a gimmick? Forgot the song but I'll look it up.
Milo is straight killin it man.. best replacement for burton that they could've gotten anywhere.. this is probably the best theyve sounded in yrs..
Milo got a Fear factory tattoo too. What a poser. What did he win the biggest fear factory fan award?
@@khrystophersteperson4918 not as big of a poser as your Mom is, you blowhard.
Mad respect for the new drummer. The FF set must be one of the most intense and excruciating workouts ever.
Still one the greatest and most underrated Metal bands of all time. That ending of Zero Signal is just 🙌
Holy shit, what a set. They sound incredible.
FF was a band I loved going back to the 1990s, and I’ll always appreciate BCB for being such a big part of it. That said….Milo is delivering and then some. They sound amazing, and it’s really impressive.
Yeah I'm impressed with this live performance. Just played many times already 😂
This vocalist is killing it
Milo got a Fear factory tattoo too. What a poser. What did he win the biggest fear factory fan award?
as much as i love burton's vocals, it's nice they have someone who can sing live now
And kills it!!
Agreed. Burt's cleans had been embarrassing for a long time. Last time I saw them live it as almost laughable just how bad he had gotten.
Diggin the new guy on vocals........and the dude from static-x is always a great choice for bass
Tony has been the guy to get for years now it seems.
that dude from static-x is everywhere
What a metal concert, seen them this year at Download but it was at the Dogtooth stage, which is smaller than the other stages. Here in the main stage at Hellfest they can really show their power, Fear Factory is back!! Great addition, Milo is amazing metal singer! 🤘💥
I was also crammed into that tent and it was fucking sick!
I was very pleasantly surprised at how good they sounded. Dino definitely has the best lineup now since the classic era. Milo sounds so good on both harsh and clean vocals. Tony Campos is a great bass player. Also, I had no idea that was Pete Webber on drums until they said he name. I thought he looked familiar but then I was like nah, because he is in Havok. Apparently he is holding down 2 full time gigs now.
People commented on how his kick drums sound sloppy but I don't think that's his fault. They insist on using triggers to make the kick drums stand out and they can sometimes be off, especially if you play really fast. I have no doubt about Pete's skills, being a big Havok fan. Also being a longtime FF fan, it is great to hear them sound clos to how they used to. Burton era snobs need to recognize, they were sounding terrible towards the end. They sound really tight again now!
WTF ... This man sounds equally like Burton ... Insane
They were blessed to find Milo. Drummer is pretty solid too. FF is back.
Bass drum 32nd groove sounded a little sloppy in the beginning. Then he tightened up.
Look back 25 years on youtube live im park 1999 Burton and Herrera same age what now milo has no compare this agression in this 3 songs no doubt there is only one the Original and the best of all time compare this with Hellfest2024 and you will see i m right
Pete Webber is a monster on drums but i do prefer is main band, HAVOK.
@@dwaynejohnson8858 would you prefer they just quit? They all did a great job here.
@@trikztar yes, I personally would have preferred
Best they have sounded in years and I'm a huge fan, members come and go.. it happens in alot of bands.. glad they have found some rejuvenation with this line up..
I've been a fear factory fan for over 20 years and this is the best they've ever sounded live. I love BCB, but Millo is what this band needed. Hearing the clean parts of these songs sung so well was so fuckin refreshing!!!
At clean parts he clearly uses autotune and compressor. That’s why those parts sound such perfect.
Same here, saw them last month and really I felt like I was trapped into a time machine bringing me back to the mid 90s! Milo even looks like young Burton C Bell !
Except for Raymond HERRERA.. 😭 Double bass accuracy completely lost..
Raymond was a beast with his feet. Bring back Raymond HERRERA..! 🙏
@@Peetshow82 But this autotune is very subtle compared to what is used in regueton.
@@Peetshow82If he was, then why is he out of tune three times around 39:55 in the chorus?
I don't think I have ever heard them sound better live on you tube........
Favorite Metal band of all time. I miss the classic line up dearly but I'm ready to move on ! Long live Fear Factory !
Those backing vocals at the end of Zero Signal - well done! Very good line-up, solid drumming, tight string section, and, finally, crisp clean vocals again! Thanks, ARTE! :)
Agree, very controlled
Been with Fear Factory since the very start so many fucking years ago. More FF pits then i can caount many joints with Dino HAHA This FEAR FACTORY KICKASS i am 55 and i feel REBORN again THANK YOU FF.
None of that happened
@@Zangodooit more than likely did. You gotta see more shows. Especially at small local venues. Meet and greets are a thing ya know.
@@Syphon_Drummer why are you defending a person in CZcams comments?
@@Zangodoo Why are you so negative? I say it most likely happened because I’ve had similar experiences. You just get out there. It’s not like bands are some unapproachable superstar entity. Also just being in the music scene helps. You meet people, make connections, friends. I could show you proof of this but you’d still say it never happened. Hope you find a better attitude and good luck to ya. Go meet some musicians.
PS. It’s not hard.
@@Syphon_Drummer that story made me hard
I came with low expectations and this was exceptional. Very strong lineup. Kudos to Dino et al
Absolutely AMAZING!!! Fear Factory has new life and sounds killer. Bring on the new album!
I saw Fear Factory at Download Festival recently, and they were absolutely brilliant. The new line-up rules and Milos vocals are exactly what this band needs. 🤘
Things to be considered after watching this concert:
1- Milo is the perfect guy for FF nowadays!
2- FF should be forbiden to perform without Tony Campos. The guy is solid as rock and loves to be in the band.
3- the ending with Zero Signal was nothing but epic😢
To speak on point 2, Campos has been holding down the low end now in a live capacity since the Genexus album. The rare times he isn't is when he's touring with Static-X, as you noted. Campos is a bassist by demand, and a hell of a great one.
@@fromdepthswerise3024 yeah! I know Static X is his band and priority. However, every time I see him performing with FF it seems to me that always was his spot.
@@vitorcaricati4374 I feel you. He just fits so naturally.
I was happy taking my son to his first metal show a couple years ago and it just happened to be Milo's first live show with FF. With dope and Static X. Amazing show. Got a picture with my son and FF after the show. Amazing!
Props to the drummer, playing the Obsolete and digimortal songs live is no easy task 🤘🏼
Jeez, with Milo on the mic, Fear Factory sound way better than in a very long time before 🔥
They really fucking do!!! Outstanding performance!!!
His stage presence needs work tho
I'm Thai fan. I like FF from the album. Demanufacture Nowadays, I still like it even though there are new singers.
Did you just went to their live in BKK?
Infuckingcredible. Milo killing it as usual. Whole band sounds great. Fuckin' LOVE this era! 🤘🏻
Being a long time fan I know how hard was to us to lose Burton but with this singer FF is still alive and that's all I care; i hope we have some new material soon
Sounds great live again, they are back at their best! Can’t wait the new album now😎🤘🏼!!
As much as it pains me, Milo has proven to be an excellent interpreter of the legacy of Burton c. Bell, congratulations to all Fear Factory, we just have to wait for new studio work🎉
Milo nailed everything man! Its pretty impressive hearing him as identical as Burton, afraid to say even better
The machine has been rejuvenated.
They were KILLER! Can't wait for a new album.
Needs to happen sooner than later. I saw them a few years ago in Montreal with Milo... It's passed time!
@@garrick70762025, may or may not be a single out by December
It's a real challenge to front this band live and Milo sure does it, that will be another tough one to bring something new and engaging on album, hope they'll kick it!
11:11 the way he does these subtle changes in songs, his delivery adds this kind of catchy newness that I am keen to hear transition into new original material.
23:27 here's another, I love it.
46:27 and this moment here. The way he sings "am" in "I am so numb" gives it a more sorrowful sound, imo.
So good.
@@hissingmelodies i know sounds just like miley cyrus!🤘 😂😂😂
New singer sounds great. I grew up listening to these guys. I never really realized how crazy some of Raymond Herrera's drum arrangements were until I saw this guy playing them. Looks like one Hell of a workout. Raymond always made it look easy, like he was strolling through a park. This guy was giving it everything he had and looked exhausted by the end of the set.
That was f.. good! Even the “veteranos” look younger! That Zero signal was great! FATALITY!!!🎸
Milo is killing it! I loved Burton's stuff and saw them with him in 99, but this is right up there with that for me 🤘🏻
Omg Milo sounds like younger Burton
Kinda looks like 98 era Burton too
Yeaaaah and WOW. in Recharger. I felt like I was listening to older FF albums!
Do an A-B comparison, he doesn’t. He’s good but it’s just different.
He sounds like a younger guy impersonating Bell.
@ronmarchini2500 I completely agree. There's no replicating prime Burton.
The new vocalist is GREAT
Milo is also in 2 other bands: Dead Channel and skill gear. In dead channel he sings clean vocals that are sometimes just amazing (full of true emotions). A song I really love is...The Flight. Faut écouter, ça envoie du lourd!!!
26yrs since I first heard of this band… they sound as good as ever still! !!
Milo is a great addition to FF, it was painful to hear Burton struggle with the clean vocals.
Cuz he was getting old, it is so easy for u to critisize
Milo also cannot sing those clean parts....he is using effects.
@ericderami he can sing those parts, and yes, he's using effects, Burton did too.
46:18
That part is so beautiful 😢❤
My favorite FF song
Glad they got a huge venue
The bass sound is amazing, heavy and the songs are full
Merci pour ce super concert ARTE !! 🤘🏻🔥
Milo doing the band justice. 🤘🏽🥹
True. But now we need a drummer..
@@michaelromeo9567 Yea ... I noticed that. Dude was kinda outta time on a few songs there.
@@the_music_dude_ Bring back Raymond HERRERA.. 🙏
@@michaelromeo9567 💯!!!
Jesus. Where’d they find this Milo guy? This is the first time I’m hearing him. Almost a dead ringer to Burton. Very, very impressive.
They sounds fresh now. Very good! Legends!
imagine burton comes back and him and milo do double vocals live that shit would be so cool
Dudes, that was freakin' DOPE! As a lifelong fan of Killing Joke, you guys NAILED IT! Will be binge-listening to your albums now!
The mighty Killing Joke and Godflesh are my absolute faves. And FF are back
That was an awesome show, Fear Factory lives!!!
Goosebumps on Demanufacture every time, what a f*ing brutal song
Fear Factory better than ever!!! Hope this lineup keep going up!!!
Better than ever you a not a fan from the beginning u have no idea compare this hellfest 24 and go back 25 years on youtube rock im park 1999 this performance with Herrera on the drums is the top there is no better Burton has the same age like Milo there is no doubt Herrera on the drums and on his prime burton with this absolutely aggression no way this is the best from the best
@@dwaynejohnson8858 woah woah. Calm down and punctuate a little bit lol he’s just excited that they’re back and sounding great! Let the happiness happen. Most of us watching this video probably seen those old performances a dozen times. And grateful we have those to go back and enjoy. 🤘🏻
@@Syphon_Drummer happy for you i m done with fear factory
@@dwaynejohnson8858 alright, than on ya go.
@dwaynejohnson8858 you know older metal acts need new blood right? "BUt BaK IN mY DaY..." makes you sound like an old man screaming at the clouds. The metal scene needs younger talent to survive and thrive. This ain't your jam cool, keep reliving the good olde days.
Ff hasn't sounded this solid in a long time, chuffed to bits for the band. There's no downside to this except for the gatekeepers of yesteryear.
Was so grateful to have seen this lineup’s first headline show last May at The Whisky! Bring on the new single Dino!!
Ayyyyy, Pete Webber AND Reece from Havok playing in different bands at Hellfest. That's so cool!!
So happy to see Fear Factory reborn again ! 😇🤩
Really grateful for Milo. He’s breathing new life into my favourite band. I really can’t wait to see how an album comes together when the time comes.
Ok. I’m in. Hope this is a new beginning for something solid. New additions are growing on me quickly.
Almost perfect only Pisschrist and Resurrection is missing from this set.
Milo on vocals! 😍
So glad I got to see FF on their European tour earlier this month. 🤘🏻
FF still is my favorite band. Milo is amazing! I like how he using all these vocal effects! FF is great again!
I really was soooo sceptical,..but i admit: Milo works pretty well!
This guy sounds so much like the original vocalist that you can't really tell it's a new guy too much
FATALITY !!!!!!!
Encore une fois merci ARTE !! 🙂
Great concert 🤘🤘🤘 the next thing they need is new studio and live album w Milo , and a new song for the upcoming Mortal Kombat Movie 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Incroyable perf.
Finally, a pro-shot video so I can check Milo out for the 1st time. He sounds damn good!
His clean vocals are so precise, splendid
Holy shit that chorus on zero signal!! Chefs kiss😊
Whoever did the mix is a legend. Milo sounds so damn good. Pete's drumming sounds super precise. Especially on Demanufacture
Merci bien, ARTE Concert! Thanks a lot, Fear Factory! 🤘🏻💥😎
Excellent performance.
And I guessed that they were done. Man sometimes i love to be wrong. FF for ever.
Great drummer. This new singer is actually really good.
God damn... this guy is Burton's son?! o____O
I'm stunished. I can't believe in what my ears eat rn
Awesome set! Sounding amazing! Great lineup!
The Riffs are still burning! LOVE FF! 🖤
At first i was very skeptical if FF would work with another Singer, but Milo finally convinced me to be a perfect replacement for Burton... I've seen the Band 3 or 4 Times and i was always dissapointed with the clear vocals live, it's so good hear all the clean parts as they should sound now with Milo! Zero Signal was pure epicness!
Burton C Bell will always be in my heart as the leader and legendary voice of Fear Factory, for me he is irreplaceable and unique. But we must also give Milo the opportunity, watching this concert he does it in a great way, with impressive energy, as well as great charisma and a spectacular voice, which brings a lot of nostalgia for those Burton years in FF. They will always be among my top 5 favorite bands 🤘
39:21 Probably his first crowdsurfing, haha. Beautiful.
Been a fan since the mid 90's, saw them live last year in Guadalajara. I hope they come back soon!
Shock to Edgecrusher was a smart move to keep it a pair. 👏👏👏👏
Seen FF on Machine Heads Happy Hour, became a fan again of FF... Milo does a great job, and will bring good things to future fans.... well done.
Man... TALK ABOUT FIRING ON ALL CYLINDERS! It's like the band is revamped and crushing it harder than ever 🤘ps Dino's tone is *chefs* kiss
Does milo have a tattoo of the obsolete album cover?? If so. Nice.
Feels nice to hear good live vocal performances for Fear Factory.
